Terrible tv. Stopped working after 6 months, Hisense technician said it was unrepairable. Customer service implied this is a common issue.

Great picture but the blotchy backlight issue really needs some attention. Will return and get another one in hopes I get better luck with the panel lottery. Really don’t care much for having to hope for panel lottery wins and wish that Hisense would come up with a fix for this issue which seems common for this price point, seems if panels that have this blotchy issues are put aside and used for the A7 line and similar entry level TVs? My guess is yes.

We got a brand new Hisense and it lasted only 2 years with average use. Waste of $450 and warranty only good for 1 year. Save your money and gets better brand.

DEAD PIXELS ALL OVER on 2 seprate models!

Bought this TV twice today it was mistakes for $190 due to a marketing mistake on a Black Friday poster so I was super thrilled but the boxes were how do we say damaged from wear and tear when we opened it overall if you get one that works it looks great but BEWARE the A7N has massive DEAD PIXEL issues both models brand new out the box has in random spots all dark squares that's when gaming stood out like a sore thumb. If you want anymore detail hit me at @i407tv but 2 out of two are damaged.... not pressing my luck a third time.... for some reason this model is tapped at the bottom of the screen and will leave massive glue marks across the bottom of the tv as well as horrible plastic shelling that damages easy If you get it and don't care about gaming then maybe you won't notice it's defects but hdmi port 2 wouldn't connect my Nintendo switch at all until I jimmied the hdmi port so that was a deal breaker.

I watched The Avengers movie on Disney Plus in 4k, and the movie was crisp, clear, and enjoyable to watch. The sound was loud and clear, and the TV had 4k, Dolby sound, and a nice screen for a decent price. I would definitely recommend buying this TV.
