Does it work, yes but you need plenty of it. Usually with expensive brands you need a small amount in your hair. Not here, for long hair you need a palm which I find excessive considering what I'm paying. Bring the price down and I'll continue being a customer but until then …

A few weeks into using this shampoo and conditioner I realized that I was losing way more hair in each shower than normal. I've never had this happen before and the intense shedding stopped immediately after switching products.

Have loved this conditioner for years - sadly the new formula just doesn't absorb into my hair. Not getting the same results so I switched to the repair conditioner. Miss the volume though - bring the old formula back please!

I hoped this conditioner would work, but found it just weighed down my fine, thin hair. This product has too much hydration to work for oily scalp/hair. It is more suited for normal/dry hair. It also makes my hair flat and limp and greasy by the second day. It also does not thicken my hair. I can't understand why hair companies don't make products for just oily scalp/hair WITHOUT HYDRATION. I don't need hydration!!! What I am looking for is a product that detangles and doesn't add oils. I think the whole hair care industry is ignoring this huge segment of the population-both teens and adults. You can't find a conditioner or detangler out there for oily scalp/hair only, everything is hydrating or moisturizing these days. I have been using B & Bs Sunday clarifying shampoo which is their only shampoo that will clean my greasy hair-the thickening shampoo is worthless as is the thickening conditioner. Why can't hair care companies make a simple detangler without oils? I guess I will be searching for a spray detangler that does not say hydrating or moisturizing if it even exists. I am not holding my breath!!!

This conditioner gave my thin and wavy hair amazing volume. Sadly, the scent is nauseating and doesn't fade when my hair dries. It made me feel ill all day and I can't use it again. It reminds me of a mix of grandma perfume and potting soil.

good hair conditioner. the conditioner has a nice scent. it moisturizes and nourishes my hair well, without leaving it greasy. the hair is easy to comb. I highly recommend to try out this conditioner!

I have been using this conditioner for the last few years and loved it. I recently bought a new bottle and started having some terrible itching on my scalp. I didn't realize the formula had changed until I started investigating possibilities for the itching and compared the old bottle to the new one. I'm totally bummed. I love this stuff and now have a brand new bottle I can never use. Please bring back the old formula!

I have both the shampoo and conditioner so I used it after shampooing twice usually I really remove all water from my hair so my hair fully absorbs the conditioner and let it sit there for around 10 minutes. I have frizzy dry ends and I always let my hair air dry and I love the way my hair looked in the morning! it was soft and shiny left my hair very loose

Very lightweight formula and this Smells amazing and my hair feels so norished afterwards. It definitely leaves with a fuller look. Everyone gives me a compliment now about my hair. Love it. Totally worth the price.

My type 3c curls are often flat on the crown area, and when I try to incorporate methods to fluff it out I always end with extra frizz; that's the main reason I'm adding the Bb Thickening Volume Conditioner to work on that matter while keeping happy, bouncy and frizz free curls even days after hair wash day. So far I think is going well, hair feels soft, curls are defined and bouncy. Need to try this product on curl to straight hair routine as well, I just know my hair will look amazing with the blow out

My hair is fine, long, and dry. I have been using this conditioner always together with the shampoo. And I love both products. I feel the conditioner also helps combat my frizz. It is easy to apply and my hair definitely looks more voluminous. Moreover, my waves have got a pleasant texture. Overall, my hair looks healthier and indeed thicker.

But the price I paid I will accept good packing. My bottle had a crack, and some of the product was leeks out.
