I definitely seen a change in bloating and weight loss. The change of losing 5lbs in a month was huge for me because I struggle to lose any weight due to my hypothyroidism, but this honestly helped me with not feeling bloated and I feel curbed my appetite. I just overall felt better after starting this and there were no other changes in my diet to explain the changes.

Well lucky me, they finally did and they added ashwaganda to it. It doesn't get better than that. Since i started it a couple weeks ago, Ive lost 8 pounds abd and I just feel better. My mood is just better in general. I definitely recommend this to anyone. The only con is that you have to take it 3 times a day.

The pills re rather large and the over smell is strong so if vinegar is a turnoff, then these might be difficult to take. The taste is non estrous. The only change I’ve noticed is a more settle stomach on a daily basis.

Them daily for over two weeks, I haven’t noticed any decrease in my appetite and I still can’t get over the strong apple cider vinegar smell. The last couple days, the smell was so strong, I almost threw up. I also hate that o have to take 3 large capsules every time. I 100% suggest you follow directions though about taking with food, or you’re going to really feel sick!

I couldn’t take them at the recommended dosage/frequency. I didn’t really feel any effects, but I also couldn’t take them as directed.

I am sure they may have great health benefits but it means nothing if attempting to take them upsets your stomach just through the smell.
