I liked that this product is fish/shellfish free since I'm allergic.(it's beef collagen). I was hoping for some help with knee pain; unfortunately I really didn't notice a difference after using this product for a while.

I have been taking thes capsules for some time so I could really see if they made a difference. First, I like that they are in capsule form. They are a little big but I have had no problem swallowing them. Second I like no sugar. Benefits: I have noticed healthier hair and I do believe it has helped it grow. I have been struggling to get some length in my hair and I others have mentioned that is has gotten longer recently. My skin looks healthier but I can’t say I notice it to be any firmer. My nails definitely are growing faster as I have had to move my nail appointment to every two weeks instead of every three. All in all I will continue to take the product and hope to continue to have great results

I tried these Collagen capsules for a few weeks, to give it some time to see if they worked well. After a few weeks, I just did not see a difference in anything, which may be normal, but they just didn't seem to work well for me.

I love this collagen in a capsule format. For me, it is so much more convenient to take than powders. These capsules do not have any bad aftertaste. They are easy to take with water and offer so many benefits.

Good supplement. No bad taste and the capsule makes it easier to swallow than some other Collagen supplements. Also a lot better than the powders you have to mix into liquids. Not sure if it’s doing much but it is easy to take!

This is a great collagen supplement! I've been taking it for my hair since it's getting more brittle with age. So far I can't tell much of a difference, but I've only been taking it for less than a month. I'm sure with more time I will be able to see more of its effects. Simple supplement to help with changes from aging. Everyone wants better hair and nails, especially as we age. The capsules are rather large which can be intimidating and difficult to swallow for some and having to take it 3x a day is a lot.

Im not a dannjust beacise they pill form. They are those thin capsules full of powder. I find them hard to consume because they float in your mouth as you are trying to swallow and make me gag. I havent noticed any benifits of them yet, its only been 2 weeks.

I’m new to taking collagen and figured I’d try it in capsule form due to convenience over the powder. I’m mainly looking to strengthen my hair and nails without taking biotin. The pills might be considered big by some people, but I have no problem swallowing the 3 pills per day. I haven’t noticed any stomach upset. I haven’t been taking them long enough to tell much of a difference since it usually takes at least a month to see changes (I’m on week 3) but I’m hopeful.
