Probably did something but nothing noticeable. You can mix it with water but it tastes terrible. I added it to a protein drink both chocolate and strawberry. I didn't taste the flavor in the protein drinks.

it is always difficult to notice a difference with health supplements. I will say this does not disolve as well in drinks compared to Vital. I would have to reheat my morning coffee and did not have luck with cold drinks .Im not sure if it is the blend they use or size of the powder but for the price didnt love it

Pretty good collagen powder. Dissolves easily, i usually put it in my iced coffee. I found that it has no distinct taste or smell so can be put with whatever you like and disguised very easily in drinks.

I have been taking this collagen powder for few weeks now and it took me few days to get adjusted with it . But it’s so easy to take and does not leave any after taste. I take my after lunch and fits well with my active routine

I workout 5 days a week, I’ve been looking for a product that is aimed for women (containing collagen)I like to mix it with milk to keep me full.

I have tried other collagen powders, but this one has the most mild taste of any I have tried. I mx it into my morning coffee or tea, and it's easy to take. I haven't used it long enough to notice a difference in my skin but plan to keep taking it.

This is flavor-free, easy to use. I add to my coffee each morning since it can go into any non-carbonated beverage. I haven’t been using long enough to notice a difference yet, but in my mid-forties I’ll take whatever help I can get for joints, skin and hair!

I'm not sure how continued use of this product would change my perspective, but it's pretty bad. It smells really gross, and when mixed with water tastes like, bad water. Maybe it would mask better in a smoothie.

I love the clean ingredients and how easily the mixture dissolves! It’s relatively tasteless, although I have pretty sensitive tastebuds, so I can still tell there’s something there. If you’re more like me, then I would recommend mixing into something more flavorful to mask any potential taste. So far, I have yet to notice any major health results or improvements, but I’m hoping taking this regularly will help my skin and nails!

I have been using collagen for a few years now on and off. Some of the rreasins I get discourage from using is the way some of these melt and smell. What I loved about this BioOptimal is that it melts so easy, doesn’t have a scent and or taste, and what’s best is you only need one scoop. I am very satisfied with this product:

This was my first time trying a collagen powder so I was excited since I know people who use it daily. My favorite way to use it is by putting it my coffee because it masks the flavor. It does require some decent mixing to incorporate it but it will blend when done well. In water I could barely finish drinking it.

I like this product. It doesn't have a harsh taste but takes a little work to make it dissolve. I didn't have any indigestion issues after trying this powder.It is easy to use and comes with its iwn measuring cup to make sure you use the right amount.

I like to add one scoop of this collagen powder to the blender with my protein shake each morning. It alters the taste slightly, but I cannot taste the powder itself. I tried it once with plain water and the aftertaste made me gag. It blends up nicely, does not clump, and does not constipate me like another brand I tried! I have not been using this product long enough to notice the benefits of taking it, however; but I know it is important to add collagen to your diet once in your 30s. Be aware, the serving size is half of what I’ve seen on other collagen powders, which is fine by my, but may require others to take two servings a day.

I’ve been using this powder for a couple of weeks. It’s easy to use, as a scoop is provided. Overall, there is minimal taste - I’ve found if I add it to a smoothy or coffee it’s hardly noticeable. Makes it easy to get your nutrients!

Overall this is a good unflavored collagen powder. It worked great in my coffee as well as a smoothie. I wish it had a little finer granules, I think a more powder like consistency would have helped it blend in better. This isn’t a problem in thicker mixtures such as the smoothie or when cooking.

I like to use collagen and have been doing so for the past few years. Usually I put a scoop in my morning tea. SometimesI like to switch up and try a different brand. This BioOptimal Collagen powder seems to be effective and doing what i have come to expect from a powdered collagen supplement.

I am impressed with how well this mixes up in my morning coffee. I’ve tried other collagen powders in the past and none of them mixed well, leaving clumps in your drink which were unappetizing. I also don’t notice an aftertaste and this was a welcomed surprise. I can’t speak to the benefits of collagen itself, as I’ve been using for a few weeks only so far, but have nothing negative to speak on.
