Everything was great but DO NOT lose or break your charging case. There is NO WAY to buy a replacement case nor can you trade in just the buds for credit towards a new purchase. The case is NOT trackeable either. Losing just one part makes your 250 dollar premium set of earbuds completely unusable.

They are good but not amazing. The material is made of feels cheap for what these cost, the battery does not last as much as the galaxy buds pro 2. They do sound better and in calls it's better than the buds but battery performance and material quality is cheap.

Worst product I've ever bought from Samsung. These earbuds have major issues with charging where sometimes they will be inside the charging case and not charge. It is extremely annoying to reach for an earbud just to find its STILL at 15% after hours of "charging". This has been experienced by many other users on reddit. Very bad product and Samsung should have never been released with these issues, I want my money back.

Great audio, but "blades" are a real negative

I really love the audio from these and a lot of other features are quite nice. However, the "blades" are an extreme annoyance. They catch on any article of clothing or anything else that might get close to my head. The controls on them are neat, but do not make up for the negatives. I sincerely hope the next iteration of Samsung Buds go back to being Buds and not wannabe iPods

Could not live without. To be so small, I think they are better than my bose and sony over ear headphones!!!! They make the pressure sound on a plane completely disappear. And the touch controls are a huge improvement over the Buds2

Disappointed Upgrade – Buds3 Pro Letdown

I upgraded from the Buds+ through a trade-in program and was genuinely excited to try the new Buds3 Pro. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned into regret. First impressions were promising. I used the fit test in the app, and it said everything was good. But the real test came at the gym—and that’s where things fell apart, literally. With movement and a bit of sweat, the buds kept slipping out. I spent more time hunting for them on the floor than focusing on my workout. I even tried changing the ear tips (or gaskets or whatever they’re called), but nothing worked. Same poor fit, same frustration. Sound quality? It’s fine, maybe a bit better bass than the Buds+, but not a night-and-day difference. Active noise cancellation? Minimal improvement, if any. If you're active and rely on a secure fit, think twice before making the switch. I wish I had.

I've had these since September and at first they were perfect. Great sound, noise cancelation was impeccable, charged quickly and reliably...then one day, the left bud wouldn't charge in the case. I would charge them and the right was fine but the left barely charged. I searched online and did all the recommended tips and tricks, to no avail. The only thing that worked sometimes was to charge both buds independently...still the left bud never ever fully charges. I'm at a loss. I love these buds, but now the left barely charges anymore and I basically use one now. If I get both sides charged, I use both but I'm lucky if I can get the left to charge past 60%...I've tried every trick in the book. What's going on? Is this because of a software update? Can you guys help in any way? Please advise.

Overall buds are great, a few things I have on mind is, firstly sometimes it does adjust itself, like you hear the sound that you get for controls, and it has changed volume on its own. Also after using for a few hours it does hurt my ear a bit. Another thing is I think the earpiece feels a bit cheapish. But do not get me wrong, the quality, features and overall user experience has been great.

Once you’ve chosen the appropriate ear tips, take a moment to check the bottom of the earbuds for the directional markings. The "L" indicates the left earbud, and the "R" indicates the right. When inserting them, ensure that the "R" is facing you in your right ear and the "L" is facing you in your left ear. For improved comfort and fit, try angling the earbuds slightly so the microphone points toward your mouth, rather than hanging straight down. You can also rotate the earbuds gently until they feel just right. We also highly recommend using the Galaxy Wearable app to run the earbud fit test. I bought this a few months ago the audio is great if it's really good and the microphone is a lot better than the Pro 2. Downside is the battery life is nowhere near the Pro 2 and my right earbud won't charge in the case without me putting something in there to apply pressure to hit the terminals if these things were better I would give 5 Stars

They fall out all the time

I purchased the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro silver, and they fall out all the time. I have tried changing the tip from small, to medium, to large several times, but I feel that they fall out because of the design and not the fit. I cant eat or chew gum with them in. I cannot lean forward too far. They do not want to stay in! I can compare it to wearing a heavy poorly fitted pair of glasses and have to constantly be push back on. I owned the Galaxy buds 2 before this and they also were bug and bulky, but they stayed in better, but would cause ear soreness from tight fit. I owned the original Galaxy buds and used them for 6 years! before they gave our and they fit better than all the new models. I tried purchasing a refurbished set of original Galaxy buds but they were broke and the noise cancelation did not work, so I was forced to go with the new models and they all sucked. Super disappointed and with they lived up to the hype. But they did not because they fall out all the time. And no I do not have odd shaped ears.

Pros - excellent sound and audio options, feels good in ear and the case is super sleek, battery life is good too. Cons - the earbuds have a weird burnt smell, it's been that way since day 1. The earbuds should have been put into the case the other way because it's a little wonky getting the buds in and out with 1 hand. Overall i am pretty happy with them.
