This is my third 5qt pan. I cook so much with this pot. It is my go to. It's big for stir fries and cleans nicely. The only reason I have to replace it is because hubby overheats the pot or the kids like to cut their meat in the pan and scratch it. Doesn't feel heavy like others.

I made both fried eggs and rice-a-roni in it so far and neither food stuck so the non stick is good. Pan is easy to clean. They pan bottom seems to heat and cook evenly.
Best item for the kitchen.

It cooked super quick and was nonstick throughout the process. I was really impressed. I love the size of this cooker, it can hold enough to feed a big family. I would highly recommend it.
