CeraVe AM Face Moisturizer SPF 30 is an oil-free daily facial moisturizing lotion with SPF 30, hyaluronic acid and niacinamide that offers UV protection, and contains ceramides to help restore the skin's barrier. This CeraVe face moisturizer with sunscreen is a hydrating facial lotion that spreads easily, is absorbed quickly, and leaves a non-greasy finish. Non-comedogenic face sunscreen won't clog pores, so is suitable for all skin types. This CeraVe sunscreen moisturizer features three essential ceramides, hydrating hyaluronic acid and soothing niacinamide, plus patented MVE Delivery Technology to supply much-needed moisture throughout the day. Sunscreen for face is allergy tested, oil-free, fragrance-free, and developed with dermatologists.

How to Use:
Use this daily face sunscreen as the last step in a morning skincare routine. If layering with an eye cream, moisturizer or facial serum, apply CeraVe AM facial lotion after other product applications have been fully absorbed
Unlock the pump for first time use by twisting it to the left and pressing down several times until the product comes out. Note: You may actually have to press down on the pump as many as 10-20 times to initially begin dispensing lotion.
Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure
Reapply at least every 2 hours
Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating
Children under 6 months of age, ask a doctor

Tried it out for 6 months and I would not recommend. It feels like I'm applying sunscreen. Leaves a white residue all over no matter how much I try to spread it. Only difference between this and actual sunscreen is that it is not oily.

The formula must have recently changed. I’ve used this for years and I loved it. However, now it’s greasy, has a very strong chemical smell and pills horribly. It also caused a breakout. Go back to the old formulation, CeraVe!!!

Not sure why the ingredients changed. Now I can't use this product and I had been using it for years. The new formula leaves a tacky residue on my face and then peels off like I have dead skin but it's not skin.

I love this sunscreen! I’ll recommend it always! It definitely works and doesn’t leave a white cast after rubbing it in well. My trick is to apply regular moisturizing lotion before this! It is much easier to apply and you use way less product and feel better!

If I wcould give this product 0 stars I would. First of all it’s extremely thick and hard to rub in. It also sits under makeup terribly and caused my makeup to pill. This product also caused me to develop perioral dermatitis. I know it was this product specifically because it was the only new item added to my routine. If you have sensitive skin(or honestly even if you don’t) PLEASE save yourself the trouble and avoid this product.

Cannot apply without it the lotion turning into flakey balls (?) on my skin. it almost looks like dried skin? I waited the fifteen minutes before application. This is unfortunately a waste of money, and i would not recommend. Spending a little extra on higher quality is more worth it.

this is a terrible moisturizer. I love everything cerave and they’ve always been a staple in my routine, but this product is not it. It pills horribly, has an insanely thick formula and never dries down or absorbs into your skin- it just sits and cakes on top of it.

What I LOVE about this is it DOESN'T clog up my pores, for me it's almost a dupe for Elta MD UV clear... I can't just wear any sunscreen/sunblock on my acne prone sensitive skin cause either I break out or get some kinda rash.
