This is a very good sauce. Mild in flavor which I like. Not at all sweet. If you like your food spicy you'll need to at spice which I will say if probably the only thing missing. Follow the directions on the just and you really can't go wrong.

My kid really liked this sauce! Actually has a good flavor straight from the jar- could taste the spices. Seemed to get less flavorful after cooking, though. It’s mild, as butter chicken typically is, but it’s more heavy on the tomato flavor than I’m used to with butter chicken. Still a good sauce, especially as an intro to different foods. I’d use it as a base & add some additional spices (if I wasn’t cooking for small Americans kids).

I did not really expect much on this item. I used to buy all the spices, tomato sauce, coconut milk, etc., to make my own chicken butter but I don’t want to buy all that anymore so here’s my cheating from the jar. I did not expect much when I tasted a bit straight from the jar but it’s actually not bad once the result is done. I used butter to sauté the chicken thighs meat and pearl onions. I added this to simmer, parsley then garnish with cashews. It was good. :) 4 stars because of course, I’ve had better but this is not bad.

It's an entry point for people with simpler palates to get started with Americanized Indian cuisine. I have to add some spices to mine (mainly cumin and red pepper) to bring out those flavors.

Tastes good- quick and easy meal, good for a Friday night! 😉 or evening when kids extracurricular run late. I was a bit hesitant to give it a try because I was worried about the mold that people have come across. We have had no problems and I’ve only bought it twice, but my daughter actually requested it and I thought why not! So far so good! The only issue I have is the bioengineered ingredients. We just try and eat really clean at our house. It was kind of a disappointment. What can you do?! if you go out to eat at a restaurant, you know you’re running into anywhere you’re running into into bioengineered ingredients. It definitely takes effort to avoid them. We just don’t get to see all the ingredients when we order our food.
