I've tried this shampoo twice already. I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, after every wash my hair would feel dry, and was very flaky. I will be returning this item.

I loved the pink version of this shampoo, so I thought I'd give this a try. It smells amazing, but a couple days without washing and my scalp starts to itch like CRAZY! The only relief I get is by using it again, but the cycle goes on. This shampoo dried out my scalp like no other.

The problem is that this it is marketed as a moisturizing shampoo that won't strip the hair, yet my hair felt squeaky clean after the second wash, and I always do a lather, rinse repeat. The clear color of shampoo will give away that it won't hydrate the hair. A little of this shampoo goes a long way as it lathers well on the first wash. I thought that the hyaluronic acid element would up the moisture, but that wasn't the case. The packaging is easy to use, and it isn't hard to squeeze out the bottle. It has a nice grapefruit smell. I wouldn't purchase this.

I’ve recently switched back to drugstore shampoos/conditioners because they just don’t make my hair as soft and clean- so I was so excited to receive this!! I double shampoo my roots and apply the conditioner to my ends and leave for a couple minutes then rinse it out. Both the shampoo and conditioner leave my hair so soft and shiny when it dries. There’s a mild smell- it just smells clean to me and it’s pleasant. I love the hyaluronic acid in it and would definitely repurchase this product.

I used to love this shampoo but since they changed the look of the bottle it has been leaving my hair greasy after washing. I don’t know if they changed the formula but I will i longer be using

The packaging is pretty and convenient for keeping on my shower rack. The slender design is definitely nice. I thought I was going to slam through it really fast with how long and thick my hair is, but so far, a little seems to go a long way. The scent is just a tad but overwhelming and sweet for my preference l, but it does have a sweet, clean, and floral scent to it, which others have mentioned smells good to them. And it does indeed help with my dehydrated hair and taking some of my stubborn fly-aways. So that's definitely a bonus. I do enjoy how smooth my hair feels after it completely air dries. There is no major difference in how my overall hair looks/shapes itself when air dried, though. It's just less frizzy than usual.
