Sealy Cooling Comfort Pillow Protector

I can't really review the item itself, since I never received it. First, I ended up with a queen-sized mattress cover. When I contacted Target, they re-shipped the item. This time, they sent a king-sized sheet set. I suspect the item is somehow coded incorrectly. They would not re-ship the correct item a second time, so I just opted for a refund which was easy to request.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillowcase does keep you pillow cooler than it would be without it but don’t expect it to keep it cold like it was in the fridge. It is noticeable enough for me and I really enjoy having that coolness when sleeping!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If not used with a cooling comfort pillow case, there’s not much point to the protector. There wasn’t much difference between the cooling comfort protector and a regular protector with the pillow case on.

It washes up nicely. This pillow protector helps keep me cool at night while I am sleeping, I no longer wake up with sweaty, wet hair. I am buying more for the rest of my pillows.

My new cooling pillow protector helps to make sure my head stays cool allowing me to sleep longer and wake up with a dry pillow free from sweat.

I’m constantly flipping my pillow over to lay on a cool side. But with this one I haven’t had to flip my pillow at all at night. I love it. Highly recommend!!! Wish it was black though.

This pillow case worked well. It seems to hold on the cold longer and helps keep me cool all night and helps me get better, restful sleep!

I was happy to see it has a zipper - extra protection for my pillow - but really that's about as far as it goes. I'm not a sweater at night but I do get hot, I can say I didn't get AS hot but still uncomfortably warm, still flipping my pillow several times for the 'cool side'. So, to keep your pillows protected I'd give 5 stars, for keeping me cool 2/3 stars. Another plus is that it's not plastic, it is cloth, so it's not like you're putting a wee proof mattress protector on. It would be good for someone who doesn't get quite as warm as I do or possibly I had higher expectations, either way it helps a little.

I have noticed that I'm a lot less wet around my neck and head in the middle of the night. I truly believe the fabric removes the moisture from the pillow to help keep dry. I have fibromyalgia and some times in the night I get hot and sweaty on my head so normally I take a warm to cook showers at night. But using this protector has helped me a lot at night. It is soft and easy to slip off and on. It does a great job keeping my pillow clean and fresh. Just wash the cover and you're good to go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this cooling pillow cover out because I sweat at night.. first off this cover has a zipper which is a big plus (my 7 year old plays on my bed causing pillows to come out of the cases) so I loved that feature, second it was very comfortable, now for the main cooling feature... yes it slowed down my sweating but didn’t stop it 100% that said I didn’t have to flip my pillow because it was wet so this was a winner for me.
