A: Hi Songeey, That is a great question. The Vitamin C moisturizer visibly brightens, hydrates, and improves the appearance of skin. When trying to minimize dark spots I would recommend the Olay Retinol 24 + peptide.

My eyes swelled, my t-zone was red and burning the next day after I applied the cream the night before. My skin started peeling off on the 3rd day and I am still recovering. I have rosacea and I am not sure if the ingredients triggered the problem.

My sister (65) and I (74) were excited to try Olay Vitamin C Lightweight Moisturizer. My sister's face turned red, itched & burned, It took a week for her skin to get back to normal. I continued to use it & same thing happened to me. So disappointed!

I bought this because I kept reading about the benefits of vitamin C for the skin and I wanted to be able to moisturize and add vitamin C in one step instead of two. However, this moisturizer really irritated my face!!!! It felt like a chemical burn when I put it on. I don't even have that sensitive of skin when it comes to chemical stuff, so I was surprised by this. It turned my cheeks and nose red after application because of the irritation. Developed some acne overnight from it too. The pros (why I'm giving it two stars) are that it smells AMAZING and it's a great weight. If it works for your skin, it probably will be good!
