They’re easy to use, they don’t turn into bricks when you freeze them which makes for easy blending, and no added sugar is a big selling point for me! My favorite thing to do with these is make a smoothie bowl with coconut milk, a dragonfruit pack, mango, raspberry and pineapple! It’s delectable especially when topped with honey!

I love dragon fruit; but these take up a lot less freezer space! They’re delicious, make your drink a fun color-think kids! I only use part of one per smoothie I make.

I'm not a regular smoothie drinker so I tried it but it wouldn't be something I have every morning. The portioned packs make for easy smoothie blending - you just need to make sure you follow the instructions and add other ingredients to make a more balanced smoothie.
