Completely tanked my already low supply of breast milk. I just pumped about 20mL which is about 80% less than what I was getting at this time last week. So angry they are selling this to postpartum mothers, I wish I would have looked up the reviews before. Zero stars. Do not buy.

Life changing. I had my first earlier this year and felt depleted 99% of the time. No energy, sluggish, hair falling out, skin breaking out, just not good for the already toppling list of what’s happening during postpartum. I didn’t really ever take vitamins-but started taking these religiously after noticing a difference after a WEEK. It’s crazy. My mental health has improved, productivity has improved, and I can’t help but tell my friends about it-that’s how much this has helped! Hands down, worth the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a really good multivitamins with added benefits those who have recently given birth. For the rest of us, they can really help strengthen hair and nails and keep skin supple. The taste isn't the worst but the aftertaste isn't pleasant.

This contains pyridoxine which SUPPRESSES breast milk production. I noticed that my milk supply has been dropping over the last few weeks, even though I eat healthy. AND my farts smell so bad. Sooooo bad. Returning because of the ingredients!

Do not take these if you’re breastfeeding / pumping! It contains pyridoxine. Research states that pyridoxine blocks lactation & inhibits the secretion of breast milk in nursing mothers by suppressing the normally elevated prolactin hormone levels. Stick with your prenatal!

They seemed to have all the nutrients a women needs to get back on track after child birth. The pill is a little larger than I prefer but still manageable. I do suggest taking with food, as with most vitamins overall I recommend!

Other vitamins have made my stomach feel uneasy with the ingredients or after taste, but I’ve been using One-A-Day multivitamins since pregnancy and it settles well with my tummy! The packaging is convenient, which is nice. Pricey, in my opinion, but worth it considering the benefits it has for me and baby.

The DHA and RHA are an absolute must have for a sweet babies developing brain. It isn't super huge. And I didn't notice any taste when I took it. It is a great option to help with hair, skin, and nails. I switched over to this after my baby was born, and have continued taking it as I am breastfeeding. It's a wonderful option

Contains exactly the nutrients I need postpartum, but doesn’t have any sort of fishy or odd tasting flavor left after you swallow! They do come in little packs where you have to pop out each pill individually, but I actually found I don’t mind that and it works well for traveling!
