Q: What is the woven part of the cabinet made of? Is the color more of a golden oak or greyish tone?

A: Not golden oak and not greyish. Definitely brown, I would describe it as "mocha". We just received our yesterday. Although color is not as pictured, it is pretty and we are happy with our purchase.

This is a beautiful piece and I personally love the color but my whole experience was a nightmare. When I unpacked this giant box with all the pieces several were broken or damaged badly such as the smashed front corner. One of the shelves was broken into two pieces. I contacted Target customer service who wanted me to bring all these pieces back to the store even though it weighed over 100 pounds and wouldn’t even fit in my car. I still wanted the piece so they agreed to contact the vendor for replacement parts. That took almost 2 months to finally get the pieces to me and in the meantime I just had the different pieces lying around my home. Then the replacement pieces had a damaged front corner as well but I decided to live with it. The replacement door they sent me was unusable because the holes didn’t line up with where the hinge was supposed to go. Half of the doors didn’t even have holes drilled for where I was supposed to screw in the magnets. I wish the quality was better and of course now I have a bunch of huge heavy pieces I have to pay to dump.

I agree with other reviews that the color is not as pictured. With an updated picture, this wouldn’t be an issue, but the actual color doesn’t match in my house so now I’ve got to pack it all up to return. Cute style, so I’m bummed it didn’t work out

Although the color is not as pictured, we do like this piece of furniture in our living room and it does seem to be decent quality. The package arrived severely damaged, although the pieces were packaged very well and there was no apparent damage. It took my husband about 3 hours to put it together (I held a piece here and there but he did most of it himself). I only heard a few swear words but he is a perfectionist so I expect that. The color is definitely brown, not golden as pictured. We are happy with our purchase.

It’s a nice piece of furniture, but the color is nowhere near what is shown in the pictures. We sold our grey console because we liked the lighter wood that this was supposed to be. Instead it was grey.

First thoughts were the same as pretty much all of the reviews, the color on the website is very misleading, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. It is actually very different, more neutral-grey. That being said if it is in a well lit room it appears to be a little lighter than some of the other reviewer's photos. Relatively easy to put together, it took me about 3 1/2 hours, but I'm not very savy when it comes to it and takes me longer than the average person. The quality is really nice, it looks like an expensive peice without hurting your wallet too much. The McGee details are exactly what I was looking for. Drawers and cabinets are nice and deep so it can hold quite a bit. Just one thing to be careful, the top peice scratched easily when I was styling it so be a bit careful of the types of objects you place on it (or put padding underneath).

This is not a natural oak color as it looks in the picture. It's a a darker, greyish brown. Cute style, but definitly the wrong color for my room so it immediately is going back. I was dissapointed that the color was so far off from the picture. I didn't see the other reviews of the pictures and wish I would have thought to look first!

If your looking for a furniture piece that is sophisticated and has a nice design to it, this is definitely one you’ll want to your home like I did. I like the overall look and feel of this tv stand better compared to the one I did have in my living room. The overall features is what really caught my eye with the added drawers and cabinet space. I was able to store things like the remote and gaming console devices. It’s also handy to store my keys and items that’s quick to get too. The color matched great with my other home decor so that was a great plus for me and my family. It was easy to assemble and I am pleased with how well made the tv stand is. This has truly helped the look of my home’s design and style.

I feel very fortunate that I was able to order this when it was first released the day after Christmas. The problem is that we did not receive all of the parts that we needed to build it. After spending an hour on the phone with target customer support they contacted the vendor. The missing parts are apparently going to be delivered in the next 7 to 10 business days. I’ll update with a new review if and when all those things come in. Disappointed, but not surprised. Hoping we get the parts because I am so excited to put this together.

This tv stand is good quality and was not difficult to put together. All of the pieces lined up perfectly. There is a ton of storage space and an opening in the back to pull cords through. The drawers glide smoothly and the doors have magnetic closures. The only disappointing aspect is the color - it is a darker, more gray-brown in person vs the lighter oak color shown online. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase!

This TV stand is worth all the effort that we put in to assemble it. It surely takes much time and labor to assemble it, however the final outcome is excellent. This instantly changed the look of the area where the TV is placed, turned cozy and classy. This has a substantial weight, looks strong and lots of storage at the same time. The color is neutral which goes well with any furniture ,interior theme at your home. My only concern would be its assembly which can be made little simple since this a great piece of furniture. Overall I am very happy and have attached a picture to show how beautiful it is.
