The good: It has no fragrance, is decently hydrating, and the packaging is easy to use. The bad: It pills (I feel dried bits of lotion on the edges of my face throughout the day). It also doesn’t feel hydrating enough. I think that might have something to do with the pilling - it’s not absorbing well into my skin. I’ve tried it with serum underneath, with toner underneath, and on its own, but it pills every time. I will probably return it.

This is a moisturizer I've bought multiple times because it has niacinamide and doesn't cause any reaction, but it's really not that incredibly moisturizing. I could see even oily types using this. I've been following with my Korean sunscreens to quench my skin's thirst and get rid of the tightness. It is not greasy or heavy which is nice if you hate those things. But if you're dry/tight or using any acne treatments it may not be enough on its own.

When I first applied this product it felt silky and left my face nice and glowy. However, as soon as it dries it PILLS SO BAD. I had to redo my makeup bc of how horrible it made the application. I wanted to love this product because I use so many of La Roche products. I tried many different methods of applying it with my skin care routine and even when I wear this moisturizer alone it pills bad.

This is my FAVORITE moisturizer. It’s so smooth and calming. It does not burn my skin. I use it under make up or on bare skin. I like the bottle it comes in, but when you get to the end it’s difficult to get what’s left. It definitely keeps my face moisturized and cool!

Great moisturizer to get me through Chicago winters! It does pill if I rub it on my skin for too long so I try to take a little moisturizer at a time and pat it onto my skin to combat this.

For awhile I could not figure this stuff out - I tried applying on damp skin and dry skin, played around with other steps in my routine, etc. Every time, this moisturizer felt nice while applying, but then rather than absorbing it would dry in a layer on top of my skin. Then if I rubbed my face, it came off in little rolls (even hours later). Putting anything on top was a nightmare. But I finally figured out how to use it! I cleanse and apply serum and before the serum fully dries, I take a tiny amount of this moisturizer and dot it all over my face. I pat everywhere to distribute it, then gently rub it in just a little. Then I immediately take a small amount of simple moisturizer (Cetaphil) and apply it on top, again patting to distribute it and then rubbing gently. It's like I sandwich this moisturizer between lighter moisturizing things so it can't dry out. I do this at night and it works well for me. No more pilling and I wake up plump and moisturized :)

I’ve been using this face moisturizer twice a day for a few months. It has rich ingredients like Ceramide-3, Niacin amide and Glycerine which are very helpful for my sensitive skin. So lightweight and keeps moisture longer.

This moisturizer has been my to go to. Perfect all year round. No breakouts, no oiliness, moisturizers wonderfully. I finished my last bottle and bought a new one recently. All of a sudden, I started experiencing a burning sensation around my eyes, nose and cheeks. I checked the expiration date and it is 2027. Was it reformulated? I was content with this moisturizer and deeply unhappy that I have to look for another one. I tried several others and this one was perfect. Please check your formula!!

I've been using this product for about 4 days now and it has broken my face out in different areas. Althought it leaves my skin smooth, I wake up every morning with a new pimple somewhere. It also made my skin itchy around my chin and mouth area. I wanted to love this stuff based off how good the reviews are and how many influencer highly promote this brand. I will be returning. Maybe I'll try the other moisturizer and give it a shot, but this one? It's a No for me.
