A: Look up online with collagen actually is it is animal bone just like Jell-O so basically you're eating animals bones thinking that it's gonna make you younger. I don't know who accepted this concept but it's gross.

It tastes fine - especially for someone on a low carb diet looking for something that feels like eating carbs. The ingredients list is pretty terrible and I won't be buying or recommending this brand again. They use non-sustainable palm oil, which the sourcing of is terrible for forests, the ecological systems therein, and the lack of rights of the people working on the plantations. Also the lengthy list other seed oils and dyes.

Legendary Foods has been my new post-gym obsession. But one thing I HAVE to point out that I think would make this protein pastry even more LEGENDARY would be removing the harmful artificial dyes (Red 40, Yellow 5 & 6, Blue 1) & any other synthetic materials & replacing them with natural dyes/ingredients (such as dyes derived from fruits). I understand the extra work that would inhibit, but I think I speak for, not only myself, but the portion of us dedicated to health/fitness who are cautious about intaking such harmful ingredients when struggling to find high protein fun snack alternatives.

These are terrible. They’re like a chalky, dry puff that leaves a chemical aftertaste. I’m gluten free and don’t have very high expectations to begin with, but this is probably the worst GF food I’ve ever had. I spit out the first bite and had to throw the rest of the box away.

Absolutely disgusting! I bought these for some protein and craved a poptart too and I took one bite and had to spit it out. I had that nasty taste in my mouth for far too long. I had to give them away but also warn people to have low expectations. I won’t buy these again. The legendary chips are good so I’m surprised these were so bad. These were expensive too. Waste of money.

If you are expecting a pop tart you'll be disappointed BUT if you want a very delicious protein bar then you'll be happy. So much protein and very low sugar plus gluten free means that this is a better (and cuter - there are sprinkles) alternative to protein bars. I found this way less chalky than most bars. My only disappointment is the artificial food dyes and sucralose. Would be great if these could be less chemically.
