The pump does not work. This is the 3rd Cetaphil serum I have bought thinking the pump problem was isolated but the pump never work. Love the product but wish the pump would be fixed for the face and eye serum.

Works. I noticed my skin looked healthier and more supple after using this product for a couple of weeks. The pump gets all the product out when you use it up. I dislike how much plastic there is but my face is too sensitive for other products. I have rosacea prone skin and this did not hurt my face.

This serum truly is light weight and layers well underneath my gel face moisturizer. My face already looks refreshed after this first week of using it.

I’ve used Cetaphil products for about 30 years. It is so nice to see them offering products like this beyond just the basic cleanser and lotion. I use this serum in the mornings with the corresponding eye serum. They leave my skin feeling moisturized all day! I also like the way they feel under makeup—not too oily, not pilling, just refreshed and smooth. I have very sensitive skin, but this doesn’t irritate my skin at all (there’s no scent to it!). It’s a very effective alternative to other much more expensive options.

I typically love Cetaphil products but this one is an utter disappointment. It made not only my skin break out in a rash, blister and ooze, but also my sisters’. The only product we used after it was the cetaphil healthy renew night cream (after the serum had absorbed). We have no problem with the cream. Nothing in the serum ingredients list mentions anything we are allergic to. Sensitive folks beware!

I wanted to love this serum... This serum has a wonderful weightlessness on the face and feels great during application. It also feels very hydrating. Unfortunately, it breaks my skin out and causes multiple whiteheads within eight hours of application. I discontinue use and my skin quickly clears and have no issues until I (foolishly) try this product again. Which is such a shame because I love the feeling of it. :(

I have been using this product every morning and night. 1.5 pumps twice a day. I have not noticed any difference in my skin. The only reason I’m not giving it 1 star is because it didn’t cause my skin to react funny. (I have very sensitive skin)

It is amazing for daytime nighttime. It is great for the summer if you live in a colder climate as far as winter goes, it’s not really going to do anything for super dry skin, but it does give you a very nice glow, and I did feel like it did diminish my dark spots
