Skin is sensitive, burns easily and as I’ve gotten older changed from oily to dry. I decided to give this a try and wow! It isn’t some miracle cream that works immediately but I would say you will notice improvements within a week or two. I would use it every other night. My skin never looked healthier. Purchasing another bottle as we speak!

I love this product! It exfoliates without scrubbing, which leaves my red skin looking even redder. It goes on smoothly and I wake up with my skin feeling soothed soft and smooth. A little goes a long way, so I have to be careful I don’t over do. That’s how nice it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After reading reviews I was excited to try it. I never could get the pump to dispense the product. Returned for another and same thing. Have left bottle upside down for a couple days, thinking maybe lotion would move to the top of the airless pump and work but no such luck. I would love try the night exfoliating cream if I could get it out of the bottle!

This product has an airless pump so there will be no straw/tube going down to the bottom of the product. We recommend pumping 15-20 time at first to get the product to dispense. We also suggest lightly tapping the bottom of the product on hard surface to release any air bubbles that might be in the chamber. We hope this information is helpful!

For awhile, I had been trying different AHA / BHA products for my clogged pores. I couldn’t find a product that worked for me until someone gifted me this to try. I gotta say, it’s been the winner so far! There’s no burning or tingling sensation like previous products, and my skin feels so smooth and soft. I never experienced purging or dry, flakey skin. I reccomend!

I've had severe acne breakout few months ago, and other Cerave products have helped me got better skin, so I am struggling with acne scars now and really wanted to try this but unfortunately, after using for 2 nights (as stated can be used every night) I woke up having hives, itchy, red face. I gave it a break and thought maybe my skin was just adjusting, and used it just once a week, but then my skin still got itchy the next morning. Maybe, I'll try Cerave's retinol serum. I hope that one will work for me 🙏🏼

I don't have sensitive skin and have never had an issue with products bothering my skin but this gave me a terrible burn on the first use. I washed my face and applied the cream before going to bed. When I woke this morning my face and neck were itching horribly. When I looked in the mirror to investigate I saw that my face, neck and chest are bright red, hot and swollen, like an intense sunburn. I immediately washed my face with a gentle cleanser. Now, at work hours later, I'm still bright red, itchy, painful and puffy. I use retinol, salicylic acid and other age reducing products and have never had a result like this. *Unrelated to my results: I saw a lot of reviews complaining about the fragrance and mine is completely fragrance free.

I started using this about 4 months ago and I was very pleased with the outcome. It was lightweight, easy to apply and face felt moisturized and notice difference after a week. I just replenished and unfortunately the second purchase feels much much different. It is sluggish when applying and just feels heavy on the face and face looks dull. I have been using CeraVe products for over 10 years and this one is not consistent.
