Frida Mom Pregnancy Achey Legs + Foot Swell Spray - 3.4 fl oz

I haven't found the product to be the least bit effective and it's next to impossible to get it to spray.

I'm not pregnant. I'm 52 years old and after working all day standing on concrete. Me feet and legs hurt. This stuff really works.

I’m very disappointed that the leg + foot swell spray doesn’t dry any faster than it does. It states that it’s “mess free” on the back label. Thais not exactly true at all!

Did NOTHING for swelling and turned my skin orange to boot! Would not recommend.

I did not find this effective for the mild swelling I experienced in the 3rd trimester. There was a slight cooling sensation, but I really didn’t feel any relief for my discomfort.

Literally used it once, & as I was using it the spray broke. & now it doesn't work.. waste of money now...

My husband bought this for me when I was about 20wks. I’m now 38wks and feel like I can now give a fully honest review on these! The swollen feet spray I used a couple of times for weddings when I was 6 and 8 months along. I’d say it offers some help with swelling but nothing super noticeable helped for me. Next, the chafing balm. I also used this during the weddings and I’d say it was pretty helpful. Felt pretty good when I put it on and I didn’t rub which was great. Also didn’t feel wet when I put it on which I liked a lot. Next, the shower lotion! LOVED this. Felt super soft and moisturized as soon as I got out of the shower. When I was using this everyday I found myself being more dried out and itchy throughout the day, but when I switched to using it every other day I felt very moisturized even at 38wks. Completely used all of it and would buy it again. Lastly, the everywhere balm. Completely recommend and by far my favorite out of this set! Super easy to put on, won’t get all over your hands which made application so easy! It didn’t feel super wet or jelly like other products. You could wait like 5min to put on clothes to make it more comfortable, but I just put on clothes immediately after applying and it didn’t really bother me. I pretty much forgot about it after 10min. Very moisturizing and I began to use it once or twice a day as I got passed 36wks. I also used this for cracked nipples which was very helpful as well. I will most likely buy the balm again for when I breastfeed because I really like the convenience aspect, just squeeze and roll on compared to having to use my fingers and get messy with other products. Overall, great products. Favorites were the shower lotion and everywhere balm. Probably would have used the spray and chafing balm if I had been more pregnant during the summer. 10/10 and would buy again.

Also if is nice to use after a long day of work when you stand for hours at your job. My feet and legs are often swollen after work so I take a shower then spray on the swell spray and just relax while the spray dries and gives me comfort.

My legs and feet don't feel sticky or runny after I spray the spray,and they dry instantly. It really does help with the swelling. The spray is also a good idea it's less spending over for when you're pregnant. The spray is not that thick so you don't have that much to rub in either. You should try it, it really does work!

I cannot get the product out of the tube. No matter how much I knead it, it is all stuck inside.

I love the mix of products, and they are all useful (versus some gift sets that you really only want half the products!). The In-Shower Lotion is easy to use and provides quality moisture. The Stretch Prep Balm is a must when facing stretch marks related to pregnancy. The No-Friction Stick was a surprising addition, but it's actually very useful (especially in hot summer weather). And the Leg + Foot Swell Spray is such a cooling sensation that can be used whenever. I would definitely recommend this set!

Frida makes great products and this is yet another one. I like how my skin looks and it feels like its tightening post baby. Take care of mom!

The packaging is cute but not overdone. The 4 products in the set are quite nice. Each item does a good job of helping sooth body and mind. I also like the scent of the in shower lotion and no friction stick. The leg and foot swell spray is minty and refreshing. The stretch prep balm is very gentle and seems unscented to me. Overall, this is a wonderful set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Despite not being pregnant, I wanted to try this out to help with my swollen feel. I'm not sure of the cause, but was willing to try anything. Overall, the swelling did go down and my legs were less painful. Not sure how well this would work for pregnancy-relates swelling and pain, but it did help me and reduced the swelling enough so I could fit back into my shoes. The spray is easy to apply and the mist is fine and cool. Overall, pretty good.

I love all this!! Makes my body feel so nice and my skin feels so moisturized. Definitely recommend.

I decided to try the Frida Mom Pregnancy Achy Legs and Foot Swell Spray, and I am very glad I did. It instantly cools my legs/feet but without the uncomfortable feel of other cooling sprays. This soothed my legs and feet immediately and made my legs and feet feel so smooth as well. This is a great temporary spray for all the aches and pains that come with pregnancy (and after pregnancy). I highly recommend this spray! Its so easy to use because all you do is spray it on and let it do its magic.
