Q: Does it drip? My current iron drips all over when I press the steam button. Dripping hot drops of water all over silk doesn’t seem good for the fabric

Q: Can I toggle the ironing function or is the iron on if the steamer is on?
A: Hi Rick! The plates are always hot, so there is no way to toggle the ironing function. However, you can turn the steam on and off if you want to dry iron only. I hope that helps!

Q: Can I use this steamer to take out the wrinkles from my puffer jacket? The material/fabric of my puffer jacket is nylon.

Q: Do you have to use distilled water or is tap water fine?
A: Hi G8! It's best to use distilled water. Regular tap water contains minerals that can cause buildup inside the steamer, which can reduce its performance over time. Distilled water helps prevent this and extends the life of your steamer. I hope that helps!
