I ordered this pillow in king sized and soft as I am short and so is my neck. I thought the soft would be best for me but I just couldn't get comfortable so I planned on returning it and ordering the firm which is recommended for side and back sleepers. Mariah from the company asked for me to contact them and when I talked to her, she told me they were sending me a new pillow. She was very friendly and my issue was quickly resolved. I highly recommend buying from this company.

Like sleeping on a cloud. So soft and comfortable. I need to buy 10 more so if they ever quit selling it, I have backup favorite pillows. I am terribly picky about pillows.

I'm by no means a pillow connoisseur, so thread count and fill power I don't know much about. I just know how comfortable or not comfortable pillows are. This has to be the most comfortable pillow I have ever had. I have been using it since February and it is still as comfortable if not more than when I first used it. The pillow is somewhat firm, but at the same time really soft. A little difficult to explain but it is very comfortable. Now the only downside would be price. I don't know how many people would pay over $200 for a singular pillow. It would really come down to how much are you willing to pay for comfort.

This is an awesome pillow. It is so soft and cool. Very well made. I have not had any feathers come out like my other down pillows do. There is typically a fight over the pillow every night. Guess I just need to oder another!

This comes beautifully packaged and with a storage bag, which is great because when not in use it is good to keep down items in a breathable bag. At 700 fill, this is a semi-firm (not hard and not mushy) pillow, and lacks the pointy, crunchy feather feel that I have felt with less premium pillows. So far, it has stayed comfortable and fluffy all night; I can mold it around me a bit and it doesn't collapse and become flat. It fits a standard pillowcase pretty well. It is slightly shorter (by about 2") the pillow I replaced but it is way thicker and more comfortable. It feels really luxurious, like I am at a good hotel. I put my pillow in one of those dust-mite allergy covers to keep it nice and I feel like with a bit of care this pillow will last for years.

Nicel made pillow - very lofty and soft. Seams are neatly sewn and tapered. fabric is soft and crisp. Comfortable to sleep on not too firm. Great pillow.

I probably have 8 pillows that I've tried and just can't get to work for me. This one, however, it going on over a month now and is my favorite! The issue I've had with others is I tend to toss and turn and the center of the pillow gets flat. This one does crease a bit in the middle but only takes a single-push to get it fluffy again. That cannot be said for any of my other pillows and is a winner in my book!

The company really puts an effort into packing this pillow. It came in a fancy box, wrapped by company logo tissue paper, and in its own carrying bag. I honestly wasn't sure that this was a down pillow considering the pillow is so light-weight. It is quite lofty so value for quality is great. It is used in my guest bedroom for a more luxurious stay for guests.

I wasn't expecting much when ordering this pillow, so when I received it I was very surprised by how comfortable it was. It is very well made and feels durable. Washing it is very easy as well. But of course, its comfort is the best part. A lot of comfy pillows out there get too flat but this pillow holds its shape throughout the night. It also keeps my head cooler than most other pillows. If you're looking for replacement pillows, this is the one!

This pillow is being used in our guest room, but I want to steal it for myself! I wasn't sure how I would feel about the down. But, it is so fluffy and soft. The outer shell, fabric is soft too. It doesn't get hot while your are laying on it. It conforms to your head, but still supports. It's great. It is a little on the pricey side of things. I know bedding can be insane. I cannot say for sure that you couldn't get a better deal or the same type of comfort for less. So, my only "negative" is in the value for the money. It's an expensive pillow. But, my guests deserve it!!! (Yes, even my mother-in-law!)

I prefer down pillows to all other types. They are supportive and comfortable. This pillow is no exception. It is well made and has the perfect fill for a great night's sleep. It didn't come compressed so the integrity of the down wasn't compromised. The pillow fluffs up nicely. You won't be disappointed in this purchase!

This is one of the best pillows that I have ever had. It is so soft, it is like your head is resting on a cloud! It is well made and it arrives meticulously packaged. I ordered a king size pillow, and it is a true king size pillow as it fits perfectly in my king size pillowcase. I hate it when there is a lot of space left in the pillow case after when the pillow is in it, that doesn't happen with this pillowcase. I highly recommend this pillow.

Trying to get return labels for these pillows. Very bad customer service. It has taken days to get any response and I still have not recieved my labels. Not to mention I paid over $800 for 6 pillows that are not comfortable at all. Hoping to get them returned soon!!

Let me start by saying that Lincove makes the best pillows ever! I have many Lincove pillows and I love them all!! This pillow is extremely well made and it is soft like a cloud, and I do not get hot!

Other than the pillow being smashed into the carry bag I have been impressed and very pleased with this pillow. I've been most impressed with the firmness it maintains throughout the night. I haven't ever needed to fluff it mid sleep. This is also the first time since I was a teenager where I slept with my face in the pillow, as in nose buried in and pillow marks on my face in the morning; meaning it has given me fantastic sleep quality. The carry case is okay. The material is very thin but seems sturdy. It also has two pockets, one on either side. Over the past couple of weeks of use I have only seen 2 very tiny down feathers work their way out of the pillow. I also tend to have allergies and this pillow hasn't bothered me in that way at all; YMMV tho. I searched for a couple of hours and could not find "Venus" pillow anywhere in the US or Germany. This pillow is labeled as such on the box, but the tag on the pillow says "Cloud Firm" which is the same as their "The Cloud" pillow, which is much more expensive than this. In my research I found that there are two down weight standards and the EU standard is 10% more than the US/Canadian standard, but they are literally the same just like 2.54 cm is one inch; so If you consider the down weight, the math for the two standards make me think this is probably the European version of "The Cloud" with the exact same specifications but labeled for EU because of their standards and trademarks, etc. All said I am very pleased with this pillow and have bought their pillow protectors, and intend to buy more Lincove products in the near future.

You know from the start that the Lincove Venus Pillow is different. It comes in an elegant box containing fancy tissue announcing your pillow and a pillow bag to store it it. At first the pillow seems small and you think you've ordered a couch pillow by mistake. After a while though it fluffs up to become a standard size pillow but it is much softer and more comfortable that you'd find in a similar product from Ikea. I ordered this not realizing it was a down pillow as down usually doesn't agree with me but the Lincove Venus Pillow is very soothing and comfortable and I've not had any issues.

I recently got a silk pillowcase and was searching for a really good pillow to put in it. I am super happy with this one. It is the right mix of support, softness and comfort. It has a sturdy cotton cover and fits perfectly into my pillowcase. I really like it, and I think you will, too.

I used to have a nice vintage down pillow that had been in family for least couple generations. Still dont remember what happened to it. But this is every bit as nice if not nicer. Down pillows are made to outlast the user if taken care of. Doesnt seem so expensive once you consider that lot of synthetic pillows are done after mere six month. I also appreciated the carry/storage bag for it, looks like it has some longevity in it too. I had figured it would come in one of those bags they suck air out of to shrink it as much as possible for shipping. Thankfully not.
