BABASSU OIL - Provides hydration to hair and scalp
COCONUT OIL - Strengthens, helps seal split ends and reduces breakage

How To Use:
• Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with luke warm water.
• Lather a quarter size amount of MEDIUM shampoo in hands and then work into roots and where hair touches the scalp.
• Rinse shampoo. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner.
• Apply a quarter size amount of MEDIUM conditioner, focusing on midshaft and ends.
• Rinse with cold water to close the hair cuticle and added shine.
Scented with Mercer Street – an outspoken fragrance that a-OUAI-kens the senses with notes of Italian lemon, Turkish rose, jasmine sambac, iris, lily, and white musk.

I used this for several weeks in my hair thinking I was maybe just paranoid. No! I had literal clumps of hair fall out and I used from months 5-7 in pregnancy. A week after switching back to my old conditioner (shea moisture) my hair was hardly shedding anything. I seriously think there was Nair hair remover in my bottle. I'm so disappointed I wasted money and lost so much hair that I now need to chop since my ends got super thinned out.

With the 64oz refill this typically lasts more than 3 months. I have THICK hair. about 2 quarters worth of conditioner will cover my head. it lathers like a dream. I just put the entire refill in my shower because I struggle squeezing it out of the bottle. it's ultra hydrating and I would recommend. The scent is subtle and smells expensive. lol

I have fine hair and had high hopes for this. Every time I've used it my hair was left very staticy and flyaway. No matter the weather/temps my hair had crazy static. That was actually what I was looking to avoid and bought this in hopes it would combat it. It also has a terrible smell.

I love this! I did a lot of looking into this brand before deciding to purchase it. I am so impressed with this conditioner as well as a host of their other product offerings. Let me start by saying that the smell is SO nice!. This was the first conditioner in the very first time in my life that I didn't need a glob of it to get it through my hair. This brand has a great slip for their conditioner. I think total I maybe used between a nickel and a quarter size amount. Shocked at the fact that I could actually do that and it was truly enough. I have thick hair and it's just past my shoulders so you might imagine how this was shocking. As much as the price is not where I would like to pay for shampoo, I will pay for the quality that this shampoo provides. Outstanding. Definitely will buy this again and again.

I have thick hair and i thought this conditioner would be great since i loved the hair mask. However, this conditioner left my hair feeling dry at the ends and almost chalky/oily. It almost felt like i left a bunch of mousse at the ends of my hair and then didnt wash it out. I would recommend olaplex or a coco and eve conditioner if you're looking for something more high end but works.

Absolute game changer. I have always been cheap with my hair products, until now. I have combination hair, thick and coarse underneath with thin and oily hair on top, and frizzy all around. The medium conditioner and shampoo has made my hair wayyy more manageable, while keeping my hair wash days to 2 per week. Could not be happier with the results!

This shampoo smells good and makes a nice lather. I used it and followed with the same formula conditioner. My hair feels a little dry and seemed harder to style than usual. I probably will try something else next time.

It's fine but it really didn't do much for my hair. It's also hard to wash out and if I don't get it all out my hair ends up a little greasy, even when I don't use a lot.

I like the combination of Keratin and Biotin. It is working well so far for my fine hair. So far, pairing it with Ouai Leave-in but it makes my dark hair a bit dull. I prefer to pair it with Pureology color Fanatic leave-in. Will be testing the performance with that combo.

Yes, its pricey, but to me its so worth it. As someone who has always had thin and volumeless hair, i love this. It has helped my damaged and thin hair. Ive only used it for a few weeks but i see such a difference
