A: Managing multiple Aura frames via the free Aura App is simple and allows you to control or contribute to a variety of different frames. Once set up, you can easily navigate between each frame to add or remove photos/videos, invite family members, or change the image displayed on the frame.

Q: Do you have to have wifi for this product to work or can you use your phones internet?

A: Aura needs to be constantly connected to a WiFi network (2.4 GHz band only) and plugged into a power outlet to operate and receive new photos. As a result we don't recommend using your phone as a hotspot.

I was able to pre-load my frame as a gift to my wife for Xmas. I loaded over 200 photos to begin and she loved it to tears. Later she was able to add her own photos and it’s been a great joy to see every day!

This was the fourth frame we bought as a gift. This was for my 89 year old father in law. He absolutely loves it. He was able to set the whole thing up himself and we had six people preload the frame with photos before he received it so he was thrilled to have it work from the beginning.

We bought an Aura frame for each set of grandparents in the past few years (both still working perfectly), and our kids would just sit and watch the frame when we would visit them. We finally bought ourselves one for Christmas. It’s truly the gift that keeps on giving and our kids get so excited to see new pictures added. The app is so easy to add photos to all 3 frames (we add to grandparents frames and our own); they’re easily able to add photos to their frames too.
