A: Although the frames aren't explicitly certified for the use outside of the US, Canada, the UK and the European Union, they should work in other countries too since: - The Aura app is available globally (Google Play / Apple Store) - The frames' power adapters are rated for 100-240V Please ensure the recipient in South America has a plug adapter with the appropriate prong design (if necessary) along with a compatible smart device and WiFi connection.

Q: I only use a camera for images. Can I upload images from a computer? Size limit (mb) per image? Approx internal storage size? My jpg's can be 30megs or more file size. MacOs compatible?

A: Yes, you can upload photos from a computer using Aura's web uploader. The web uploader has an image size limit of 9.5MB. Aura doesn't have any internal storage, this requires the Aura frame to be constantly connected to a WiFi network (2.4 GHz band only) and plugged into a power outlet to operate and receive new photos.

A: Invited frame members need to set up a (free) Aura account. Once they have created their account they can then contribute to the frame via their own Aura Frames app, Aura's Web Uploader or the direct email-to-frame upload option.

This was the fourth frame we bought as a gift. This was for my 89 year old father in law. He absolutely loves it. He was able to set the whole thing up himself and we had six people preload the frame with photos before he received it so he was thrilled to have it work from the beginning.

We bought an Aura frame for each set of grandparents in the past few years (both still working perfectly), and our kids would just sit and watch the frame when we would visit them. We finally bought ourselves one for Christmas. It’s truly the gift that keeps on giving and our kids get so excited to see new pictures added. The app is so easy to add photos to all 3 frames (we add to grandparents frames and our own); they’re easily able to add photos to their frames too.

Aura Frames was a great Christmas gift. The Carver allows uploads if hundreds of photos. It’s great!
