A: Very heavy. Definitely not light weight

A: Yes, you must season it. The instructions are very clear on the packaging on how to do this. It was easy and no problems so far.

Q: Is this “pre-seasoned “? Is it nonstick? I cannot cook with oil or fat due to health concerns.

A: You must add a minimal small amount of oils when using cast iron.(1-2 tsp) It’s enameled not completely nonstick.(Even then you still need a small amount of oil for for optimal results) Perhaps ceramic would be better.

Dislikes: Super heavy and uneven. Handle gets way too hot. Non stick coating started coming off in the middle after only a few uses. Positives: Very pretty, and really easy to clean

Hard to clean, weird weight balance. The handle gets really hot and I have to hold it with 2 hands. It’s not an everyday pan. I want to love it, but it’s not practical at all. It needs a much bigger handle do manage its size.

Enamel coating is very, very rough compared to other enamel coated skillets I've used. Everything sticks to it and it's much harder to clean. I've been using regular seasoned cast iron and enamled cast iron for years, and this skillet is the worst of the bunch.

Followed instructions for preventing food sticking to ceramic pans. Was searing filet mignons and meat stuck to pan so bad that some of the meat remained on the pan when trying to turn the steaks. Was very difficult to remove the food stuck to the pan. After cleaning the finish was discolored and looked terrible. I threw the pan away.

Gave a three because it looks nice. It is the only enamel pan I've purchased that burned the first time. First use and I really had to work to get it clean, as if it was non seasoned cast iron, not an enamel coated one. Used again same thing. It's sitting on my shelf pretty, while I'm using my older ones, that are not burning.

I didn’t even know she had another skillet out until I saw her on IG when she went to target & did a video about her new items she had on display. After that, I had to try it. This is a great skillet. I’ve used it a couple of times now. So far, no issues here! Just be careful, of course, with the handle as it does get hot as stated on the skillet.

Horrible shipping. Received item with missing handle. Handle broke clean of the pan. Handle not even in the shipping box. So that tells me whoever packed my order doesn’t care about shipping out quality items.
