12" Metal Ruler - up&up™

Ruler with cork to hold paper nicely.

My husband got this for wood working projects. Love the durability of it since it will be used in a shop setting.

I bought this ruler for book folding but, I’ve used it for many projects since. It’s sturdy and the cork back stops it from sliding around.

Be Careful! This ruler can be sharp. It cut my son hand when he dug into his backpack. The scar is still there.

It is what I expected for a decent price.

Ok for the price. While it is made of metal, it is thin metal and quite flexible. If you primary use is as a measuring stick then it will do the job. If you plan of using it as a straight edge for drawing lines it is just ok. The cork backing raises the metal enough to allow for pencil wiggle under it. Metal side down - the thinness and sharp edge of the metal doesn't provide a good secure feeling for drawing lines with a pencil. so if your primary use is as a straight edge for line drawing spend the money for a more solid metal ruler.

Worked well for me. I will say that in the picture, the ruler is curved on one end. The ruler I got was flat on both ends - a perfect rectangle. I don’t have a problem with it, though. It’s better quality than a plastic ruler, so it’s useful for things like art and journaling.

Plastic rulers tend to break in the backpack with all those heavy books. Hopefully, this metal one will withstand a school year

This is your standard metal ruler. It's metal on one side and has a cork material on the back. It's simple and sturdy. I saw the review below and I had no issues with the markers on the actual ruler...they were all accurate!

great item also the person before this is wrong my ruler was perfectly fine great for school and good to show off to those plastic rulers that always break so yes GREAT item

This ruler is cute, and the metal material works well, but the measurements on the inch side are inaccurate. The inch and half-inch markers are fine, but the rest was divided using the wrong multiples. So there are twentieths instead of sixteenths, and tenths instead of eighths. The "quarter inch" is not the right length. It will mess up your work, unless you only need to measure by 1/2 inches. This product should be recalled.
