A: Please review instruction manual included in the box. Please fill the water tank with water up to it's max fill line first, then add a few drops of essential directly into the water tank.

It works great 👍 👌 I really recommend, I known is not that beautiful as others but works way better then others.
Been having this machine for half a year. Reliable and effective. Lasts all night. Cord has a decent length. Only downside is that it is a bit hard to clean because it cannot be disassembled.

This diffuser has been great in our bedroom. I've been using it for 1.5 years. The intermittent setting runs longer than overnight for us. Everything has worked without any issues. It's easy to fill and clean. It diffuses essential oils evenly.

I chose this diffuser because of it's high reviews. I first tried it in a very large room and noticed I didn't really smell anything. I figured maybe the room was too large, so I moved it to a smaller room. Again I couldn't smell anything. I know it's not my oils because I was using them just fine on my old diffuser. I don't really know why this one wasn't working.

This cute little plastic diffuser is 1/2 the size I had, holds very little water, therefore shuts off in the night. But when it shuts off, it throws a flashing red light about 4x before it shuts down. That woke me each night. A very poor idea built in that cannot be shut down. It was very quiet, which I appreciated but I would not use it in your bedroom if you choose to buy it.

I’m a middle school teacher, so lots of smells happening lol I put eucalyptus oil in the water and it makes the classroom smell great. The colors are calming and a great extra that my students enjoy. I fill to the provided line and it lasts an entire school day, so that’s perfect. I haven’t had any issues with leakage and my students sat by it, unplugged it, played with the settings.

Sadly, this is the 3rd diffuser made by SpaRoom I've purchased that has worked for only a few months and then suddenly one day decides to leak all over my tables! I use them as directed but these are obviously not made very well. You are better off researching other brands that last longer than this brand.
