I purchased this item in July and waited until I needed prep for thanksgiving dinner. The chopper stopped working on the first day after chopping carrots and had a chemical odor coming from it. This was my first time using the chopper and stopped working on the first day. I was highly disappointed and was looking forward to using this product.
