I need a refund because I returned the TV. I no longer need the plan, but they couldn’t refund at the store and there’s nowhere to do it online. I tried through Allstate directly and they said I have to cancel through the retailer but I’m getting a message that the item isn’t eligible for return. Frustrating!

Honestly this is a waste of money, they don’t fix anything & if you have kids and are thinking of getting this because you think it might help or it may cover some things it won’t. Save your money.

Item purchased (TV) did not work and had to be returned immediately. So this extended warranty was no longer needed--HOWEVER could not get refund as it is not returnable--even in the first two days of reciept.

Review of the 3 Year TV Protection Plan. Think of this purchase as insurance for the unlikely event the TV fails once off warranty. Since I have not had to use this yet, I don't know how Target will react when used. It's just a hedge against TV failure, but I'm glad I purchased the Plan. Price seems fair.

Fantastic and well worth the money!!! I bought a Black Friday Westinghouse and a 3 year protection plan. Two years and ten months later a line of pixels died. I filed a claim, scheduled an appointment for a tech to come out and found out it was not repairable. Within 24 we were issued a digital gift card for the amount we paid for the tv. Super simple! My only gripe would be that we schedules the appointment and were not told what time until the night before. All that to say... buy a protection plan!!!!
