Come on, Target. You think it makes sense to ship a heavy, ceramic item in a large box with no protection so it bounces around it and gets damaged? Nobody thought this through? If I were a stockholder I'd have concerns about this company is being run and the intelligence of the people it's hiring.

I bought these candles online to give as a present. The box was torn in 3 places and looked very tatty, to the point I could not present it as a present. The candles have no scent and are very plain and on the small side. Not impressed at all and now I have 3 candles waiting for a power cut to be of any use.

Horribly shipped. I waited up until 3 a.m. eastern time when this collection released and was so excited for my items. Unfortunately, many of the cardboard boxes were crushed/completely opened, item packaging ripped/opened, and items broken. These items are sold out and it’s a shame that a brand like Kate Spade would be shipped/handled with little care. Do better Target!
When you're paying for the packaging, it should not be crushed on delivery.
