This was my first time trying 4th and Heart Ghee original recipe butter. All I can say is, wow! I was not expecting the fresh taste and quality ingredients that go into this product. You can taste the olive oil and feel like you’re making healthier choices for your body. I enjoyed using this butter on warm toast, crackers and even in some dinner meals. Definitely recommend. It will thrill your taste buds and elevate your senses.

4th & Heart Ghee is a delicious alternative to traditional butter or margarine. It is smooth and creamy, spreading easily on toast. It also works wonderfully for baking and sauteing, especially since it has a much higher smoke point. For me, it is a game changer because it is lactose-free. I can use this all the time and feel great about it. Highly recommend this ghee and it will be a staple in our house.

I have used ghee from different brands. I like that the Fourth & Heart ghee is of high quality and natural. I like the consistency of the ghee its not runny. I use ghee for cooking and sometimes in my coffee as well. I like the taste of it. Ghee is considered as healthier option than butter.

I was not sure what to use it for but I was excited to learn 1. it is virtually lactose free and 2. very few ingredients. I made garlic sourdough cheese bread. Sourdough from a local bakery that doesn't use a ton of ingredients. Mixed the Ghee with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Sprinkled grated cheese. It was delicious. Need to find other ways to use it.

Love having this Ghee around. So useful to butter pans before baking. Because of its high smoke point we have switched to using ghee in pans from butter. I have also used it to butter my bread loaves before baking and it doesn’t leave burnt butter bits on the top of loaves. Will definitely be buying more to keep around.

I really loved this ghee. I used it to make baklava. I only needed a few seconds in the microwave to melt it into a velvety liquid that coated my phyllo dough perfectly. It has a wonderful texture, smell, and flavor. I'd recommend this ghee to anyone. It think it will now be my go-to brand.

I’ve never cooked with ghee before, but I’m impressed! It’s lactose-free and keto friendly. I used the Himalayan pink salt on some toast and it was delicious. It definitely added more taste and richness than normal butter I’ve been using for years. Definitely recommend!

I tried the chocolate chip cookie recipe that came with it. The ghee was easier to use and was less greasy than traditional chocolate chip cookies with butter. The ghee added crispness to the cookies. The kids lived the recipe. There's no distinct taste to the ghee, so I liked that. Definitely something I would like to incorporate into my everyday cooking because it seems like a healthier option.

I have never used ghee before and was excited to give it a try. I first tried it on some toasted bread as a butter substitute. It was okay, but I wasn't loving it. Next I tried it when cooking to hrease my pan. This was a better use for the ghee in my opinion. I'll keep using it this way.

I had previously seen other brands of ghee at the grocery store but I was never interested in buying it. However, I am glad I finally did and now I realize I was missing out. It tastes so well on literally anything I used it for. I used it on eggs instead of regular butter and even went so far as to blend some of it in a blender and then I added it to my coffee. It was amazing in coffee and tasted better than regular creamer. It is a very versatile product and i felt better using it on my sons food as he is lactose intolerant and this is perfect for him since it’s lactose free. I also like that it left no aftertaste whatsoever. I also tried the ghee with Himalayan salt and it had the right amount of saltiness.

This is my new favorite to cook with!! I love it on my toast! It is rich and creamy. I love that it is made with quality ingredients. It really has a great butter taste. I put it in my coffee to make it extra rich. The jar that it comes in is super fancy and cute.

I am an Indian so I know the Importance of ghee! it is like the authentic taste and I am so happy I came across this brand because now I do not need to buy Indian brands from the Indian store and I can buy this from any other store like target. It doesn’t have any bad aftertaste and it’s really healthy for the family in general. The smell is good is good and that’s all it matters. Highly recommend.

This is a really good ghee! I cook various Indian dishes from different regions and I use the brands I get at the Indian grocery usually. I’m impressed with the packaging and all the little premium details, like the smooth, grease-proof label and the little recipe cards it came with. It feels like an upscale product even if it’s simple. I noticed that the Himalayan salt version has a saltier flavor profile, which I don’t see a whole lot of versatility for, since I’m cooking with it and will add salt to taste anyway. Maybe there is a more raw application for the salt version where it would be good.

I love ghee, and while quality ghee can seem quite expensive, you really don’t use that much for your cooking. I use mine for vegetables or eggs. This product made amazing over easy eggs! Crisp edges, even cooking. I used a little too much the first time and it spit out at me, and it was hot, so be careful.

This two pack of ghee has an original and a salted version. They taste similar and have a strong pleasant butter flavor and smell. I’ve been enjoying using these in my cooking where it would be nice to use butter but the heat is too high. Since ghee has a higher smoke point, it doesn’t burn. I haven’t used ghee before so I can’t compare these to another brand, but I have no complaints! The texture is very smooth and soft at room temperature, and there is no graininess or separation.

I received the 4th & Heart Original Ghee and the 4th & Heart Himalayan Pink Salt Ghee as part of the Target Hey Bullseye sampling program. It was my first time trying Ghee clarified butter and I think the product was a good quality just Ghee is not for me. I didn’t care for the texture or smell of it. I think I’ll stick with regular butter!

When I got this butter I was a bit skeptical about trying. But I’m glad my husband convince me because it tastes amazing. The flavor is not overpowering and goes well with so many foods. I love that it’s grass fed and lactose intolerant so my kids are able to enjoy it.
