Q: Do the long poles come in pieces, or are they just 4 long poles? I'm asking BC I wanted to make 2 lower units.
A: Each corner pole comes in two halves; 4 half poles have adjustable leveling feet, 4 have caps to close off the top.
submitted byjwlittle5 - 1 year agoA: It comes in as 8 separate poles about 36 inches each when joining together to become 4 long poles 72 inches. Yes, it can be used as 2 lower units but just incomplete in each one.
submitted byPWC - 3 years agoA: Hello Catelo - Thanks for asking. The 4 poles come as just long poles and not in pieces. Hope that helps. Have a good day. - David

Q: Does this unit come with an option of wheels for the feet?
A: It doesn't include wheels, but it does have feet. If you were to measure the diameter of the hole the feet screw into you could potentially add wheels. I am putting this together right now.

Q: can you leave the bottom and top shelf off?
A: Hello Shopper - Considering stability, the safe height for the "second" shelf is 17.72 inch if you don't want assembly the bottom shelf. and it doesn't matter to leave the top shelf. - Nicole
submitted byNicole - 3 years agoTarget staff supportA: You can leave as many as you want off, except you need at least 2 shelves for stability reasons. However, where you place them, the distance between the 2 (or 3 or 4) shelves may affect stability.

Q: Is a Safety strap included
A: Hey CM - We really appreciate your interest on this item. No, a safety strap is not included. Steel shelving units are typically sturdy and stable due to their material and construction. While they may not include a safety strap as standard, you do have the option to purchase one separately if additional stability or anchoring is desired. I hope this information helps. Thank you! - Maya
