Arrived damaged.. TWICE!!

I have ordered this twice and both times it has arrived damaged . Both times the box was never labeled fragile and the packaging itself was subpar ( obviously, since it was broken both times ) it’s very frustrating because it is so cute . It’s also a hassle that I have to take it back to the store to return it every time .
