The Brightroom 7.8 Gallon SwingTop Wastebasket is a great solution for smaller areas of the home such as the office, dorm room or laundry room! The swing-top feature allows the lid to swing open when lightly pushed and has an integrated handle that allows the lid to be locked into place for easy disposal of larger items. A: I put mine under the sink in my kitchen. It fits but it's tight. My under-sink cabinets are small. You orobably won't have any problems if your cabinets are more roomy.

Q: Please recommend a specific drawstring bag that will work with this trash can. I bought Hefty 8 Gallon Drawstring bags and they are way too small to fit around the opening of this can.

We use this at the end of our island, tucks perfectly into that space. Fits traditional kitchen trash bags. What I love the most though is the lid! Perfect size for the kitchen. I really like the swing top, which can easily lock into place so you can put in the garbage. Although it's a cinch to wipe down and keep clean, I use a small trash bag in it. Anchor it under the lid. I received this product as part of a My-Take research study.

I've been happy with the 7.8 Gal SwingTop Wastebasket. My favorite feature is the SwingTop lid. It swings freely, hands-free, and returns to the closed position without any issue. I can manually flip it open from the rear if necessary. The wastebasket can be used in just about any location because it’s compact. It's easy to clean both inside and out. It’s practical and functional, which makes it something I’d recommend. I received this product as part of a My-Take research study.

I love that it has a lid as I often knocked things off the shelves and they would fall in my old basket. This lid locks open so If I have a lot of stuff or food prep to put in the can you don't have to keep pushing the lid open. wipes clean

Bags stay in place when placed between the rim and the lid, and the lid swings down from the front easily, making it perfect to place against a wall or cabinet. this is the perfect size for the bathroom my 3 daughters share. I used to have a smaller one, but it was constantly full and the trash was overflowing. I love that this one has the flip lid so you dont see the trash, but its big enough to use for a little longer and not having to empty it out constantly. It is also easy to wipe down. I will be buying more.

It's smaller than a 13 gallon for a tight space. We have one in our office and one in the living room now. We use a double trash liner, and it's used for holding cat litter. Can't throw the scoopable litter down the toilet.
