Everyone at my job is taking turns passing around different coughs and colds this winter. Decided to try and start taking something. In my opinion it helps allot. When I was sick it helped my symptoms be not so severe and not last as long and definitely made a difference.

I have been using this product daily for the last three years and I have seen a noticeable difference in my overall health. I have two you children and my wife is a 2nd grade school teacher so there are a large amount of germs running through my household that had once had me sick just about 4 times a year. You products do what they say they do, they work!
