With everything still on going on the world I have become very diligent in boosting my immune system. Office is opening back up and just being home has weakened my immune system to even the common cold. i have taken elderberry but in a gummy format and i am not a fan of gummies. I was very happy to find a capsule for with fermented elderberry, vitamin C, vitamin D3 and zinc. What better way to get the immune system a support for daily energy and cellular health.
