We purchased this bookcase for the space between two desks in our home office. . The size was accurate, so the bookcase fit perfectly. The added plus was the color in the photo was accurate so the bookcase matched our exsisting desks. It was realtively easy to put together, but it did take two of us. This may have been due to our ages (77 and 78). I would not hesitate to order from Sauder again. The quality was much better than most put together furniture.

I purchased two of these to put on both sides of a credenza (also purchased from Sauder). The assembly process was fairly straight forward. I read all the directions first, laid out all the parts, and then assembled the units. I had a ratchet screwdriver which made the assembly process a bit easier. Lining up everything for the second long side was a bit challenging in lining everything up properly but patience and persistence prevailed. Seems to be a sturdy unit and time will tell if that holds true.

Really pleased with this book case, the instructions are simple and easy to follow, from start to finish it took under 3hrs with no special tools or skills required, also completed it on my own.

The look and function is great! Unfortunately the dowels provided did not for into the side panels at all, they were way too big. They did fit in the other pieces. Being that this was a finished side with pre drilled holes in thr finish made it very difficult to retrofit the dowels into the finished area. But we figured it out. First time I ever had a sauder that didn't go together super easy!

The Narrow Bookcase in the Harvey Park Collection was the perfect size for our home office. Coloring of the wood beautiful Walnut; well made! Drawers are very nice with a smooth slide. The package arrived very well package, with the exception of one item which caused a dent in the backing (looked to be a fluke). This bookcase will take a while to put together, but it is not hard and the directions are detailed for ease. I changed adding the knob to the draw, Step 12, to after the completion of Step 15; this allowed me to keep the drawer front flat on my workspace.
