Q: I see the drawers are somewhat sloped. What are the dimensions of the bottom of the drawers? I am wondering if a 12” x 12” piece of paper would fit/lay flat.

A: The big drawer depths are 4-9/16” (between 4-½” and 4-¾”). The small drawer depths are 2-3/16” (between 2-⅛” and 2-¼”). Note: Drawers taper/narrow some at the bottom in both length and width (not affecting depth, but still useful information).

One of the larger drawers was cracked. I see other reviewers have said some of their drawers were cracked/broken too right out of the box. I also don't like that you can see everything in all the drawers from the sides. I thought that the materials inside would be hidden better. A bit messy to see all the items from all sides. They should provide photos of items inside the drawers for people to see what it looks like if all full. For the price it's ok, but unless they send me a free drawer right away, I can't keep it. Now to call in the morning to report issue. Sure that won't be an easy fix. :(

I was hesitant to purchase this due to the negative reviews re: shipping damage, but I ended up buying a total of 3. One arrived with a small chip in the back corner of a single drawer - nothing a piece of thick packaging tape couldn't fix. They were super easy to assemble, took me maybe 10 minutes per unit, no missing pieces. We needed something for three kids who build with Legos almost daily, and these fit the bill (and hold more than you'd think). My only complaint is that they don't come in any fun colors, but we'll manage. :)

I read the reviews and still decided to take a chance on this. I drove to a Target farther out specifically to pick this up, in hopes that not shipping it would keep it from breaking. Unfortunately, as basically every other reviewer stated, the drawers were broken. And now it’s impossible to get back into a box to take to the store for a refund. Save yourself the headache.

We are going to use this as a school outfit organization system this school year. It has enough drawers for the days of the school week and shoes. There are two extra we are leaving blank til we put it to use and try this system out. My only issue is that my son’s shelf arrive damaged and we had have to send it back and wait on a replacement which is a hassle. So inspect your pieces carefully before you assemble it.

I am so sad that we got this whole thing put together before discovering that the last drawer was broken and missing the entire corner that keeps it from sliding in too far. Taking the whole thing apart to return in hopes of getting a non-broken one is a lot of time and effort…and not guaranteed. Can the manufacturer just send me a new drawer? Disappointed that they continue to sell a product that clearly does not make it to buyers in one piece.

I have food, allergies, and moving into a temporary apartment or cross contamination is a problem in the kitchen. I’m using these drawers for my eating related supplies. This drawer unit is better than I had hoped. The castor wheels have better stems than plastic units have had in the past. The drawers are easy to pull open/closed. The top shelf adds nice stability to the unit itself. You do not have to have the wheels installed. After installing them, you can also remove them. If you have weak hand strength, you can use a pair of pliers to help remove them if needed. Small drawer depths: 2-3/16” (between 2-⅛” and 2-¼”). Big drawer depths: 4-9/16” (between 4-½” and 4-¾”). Drawers overall are: roughly 10-½” x 13-¼” Exact measurements in my photos for those wondering for specific items to fit. Note: Drawers taper/narrow some at the bottom in both length and width (not affecting depth, but still useful information).
