A: clearly target doesn't want to say it will fit but one of the reviews says it fits the carts from target, michaels and ikea.

I had gotten several of these at the big organizing store, and needed a few more. I saw them at Target and was so happy to see them and way cheaper, but just as sturdy. They fit perfect in the 3 tier rolling carts. I have a few rolling carts from Target, Michaels and Ikea and this organizer fits perfect in all three. Easy to use and keeps things tidy in my craft room. Highly recommend these.

I’ve been looking for just the right caddy, good luck finding exactly what you’re looking for when what you’re looking for is verrrry specific. Anyway, this caddy is not 4.56 inches tall, (where is THAT coming from) 3, maybe a tad over 3 inches in height if that helps. Very nice caddy, but of course when it comes to an item like this to each his own according to your needs

Using this with the Brightroom rolling cart, has made organizing my hair products much more manageable. Everything I need to style my hair fits nicely and has its own designated area.
