Really like this and have used for quite a while and repurchased at least 7 times! It is a great clean option. I have very sensitive skin so I am surprised to see all of the reviews of bad reactions. Only things I would change are 1) add more product per unit & 2) change the packaging as it is a watery formula. I do highly recommend for a clean option!
Inappropriate packaging for product consistency

I think the product itself works great. However the tube packaging is completely wrong for a cleanser this liquidy; every time I open it up to use, gravity causes a huge amount of product to just leak out of the tube before I even squeeze it. It gets all over the tube, the sink and my hands, and I end up rinsing off the tube before putting it away. Such a waste and so messy! I definitely won't repurchase until the packaging is redesigned. Give us a pump or a jar! Feels like this wasn't even tested...
Love it except for the bottle

I love this makeup remover and it works so well. It's cetaphil's clean cousin. I just with it was in a bigger bottle that had a pump. It dumps out of the bottle as soon as you tilt it in the slightest, so a pump would save a lot of product.

The product is very watery—it would be better in a different kind of bottle. It comes out of the tube very quickly without much ability to control how much. It also burns my eyes and leaves them dried out for a while after. It does an ok job and removing makeup, but it smears my makeup around a lot before I wash it all off.
Another disappointing product from Acure!!

It has a water like consistency that just poops out of the tube. After washing my face it started to burn and turned bright red with hives. This happened a few years ago with one of their face masks. I don't think they test their products good enough before selling to the public. My face is burning as I'm writing this. Not good at all.

A “makeup remover” that burns the eyes so aggressively that it felt like a chemical burn that lasted several hours makes very little sense to me. I love many acure products, but this one is horrendous.

Been using this for a few weeks now. At first it was okay (although super watery..hate the texture) but now it burns my face and makes it super red & irritated. Never again

I don’t know if I got a bad bottle, but this make up remover didn’t work for me. It was an immediate no! The moment I opened it the product just started pouring out … There was no way to control how much I was getting. It didn’t remove my make up and stung my eyes so bad that I couldn’t close them for longer than a blink for about two hours.
Almost perfect

I do love everything about this cleanser, except for the packaging. This is gentle enough to use on my skin even when I have irritation. It does a good job at removing my makeup and does have a nice lather. My combination skin feels really balanced after using this, I'm not left with tight or dry skin. My only complaint is that it's runny and spills out of the tube.

It says to avoid eyes but it's a makeup remover! It takes many swipes at non waterproof mascara and burns eyes badly. I wear minimal makeup. No eyeliner. It's also a terrible mess out of tube. No thanks ever again.
It's ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I love: It removes my makeup fairly well (foundation, eyeliner, eyebrow gel). What I don't love: it doesn't completely remove my mascara, so I'll follow up with another cleanser just for my eyes.
Buy it.

I thought that this product was great, and made my skin feel squeaky, clean after wearing make up. I didn't have to double cleanse, which I really liked. The only negative about this product is that it's fairy thin, so it comes out of the bottle very quickly and goes everywhere. It is not a thick jelly. if it was a pump bottle, then it would be perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually love Acure products. I practically have all of them. I have been wanting a cleanser that actually removes makeup. I've used Acure's brightening cleanser and the seriously soothing cleanser and they both remove makeup pretty well, but there are still remnants of makeup after two cleanses. So I was hoping this would actually remove makeup. I used this and it didn't remove ANY makeup, and so I tried cleansing again and it still didn't get any makeup off with a second cleanse. Save your money. The other cleansers do a better job at removing makeup than the "makeup remover" cleanser. Mind you, I ONLY wear mascara.

Melts off mascara (!) and doesn't sting the eyes. I would like to see a different delivery system. It's a very milky formula and comes out of the tube too quickly if you're not careful. Would love to see travel size.

I think this product liquified and is no longer jelly. It just pours out of the tube. Otherwise, it seems to be an effective makeup remover. Disappointing!

Im 25 years old and have never had sensitive skin. So imagine my surprise when I use this makeup remover and it has a weird smell but thinking nothing of it so I continued to wash my face. My face then started to sting and burn, my skin turned red and began to swell. Idk what's in this product but wow. Be cautious. I've tried a lot of products and have never once had a reaction like this to anything. I was so sad bc I heard so many good things about this brand. :( I completely cleansed it all off of my face and my skin, it's now been about 30 minutes and my face is still irritated and red, with my pores more pronounced. I'm still in shock at the damage this did to my skin.
Not to shabby

Although it works well, it's too runny for a tube, you end up wasting it. Much better suited for a pump!
