Checked router and it uses 2.5 mh, but no connection to phone. Inside temp is a constant 4-5 degrees higher than two other devices.

Please make sure that you are using fresh alkaline batteries in the indoor display unit, then perform the following reset. ***This will clear all data on the display.***
1. Remove all power, AC adapter and/or batteries from the display unit for a full five minutes.
2. Press and hold down the reset button, located in the battery compartment, for 20 seconds if applicable.
3. Plug back into AC power and/or insert recommended batteries.
4. Press and hold down the reset button for an additional 20 seconds if applicable.
5. Verify that the unit has powered on and once a connection has been made, attempt to set time and date.
Once the outdoor sensor reconnects, please perform the Wi-Fi Setup steps in the following link within 30 minutes of performing this reset.

Upgraded from previous system

I upgraded my older AcuRite system to the Iris system. While everything is similar to my previous system, the Iris display is taking a little getting used to: much brighter than my previous display. I have been an AcuRite customer for years and find the systems reliable and support is always helpful.
Very good product.

Very good connection to the AcuRite app. Instructions for WiFi connection could be improved making clear that the browser is used to connect directly to the display settings. Instructions to connect to Weather Underground not stated in the quick start guide.

Love the 5 in 1 product. I purchase the second one because my first one was several years old And weathered. I Would have given you five stars, but they temperature on my indoor display has never been right however I brought this up and another monitor was sent to me which I greatly appreciated however the indoor temperature still is overstated 3 to 5°. I'd give five stars to your customer service right now it's 75° in the house and the temperature displays 80 On the indoor monitor i'm not asking for you to send me another. I'm OK with that being off since I was primarily interested in the outdoor temperature Forecast and rain and everything there is working great. if you're interested in What indoor monitor I have you can just check with my Account with you or customer service. You should be able to see which model I have from it if you Did find an issue with this monitor and wanted to send me another be happy to test it but you don't have to thank you Jim. Mc

The product was easy to install and works flawlessly. My only complaint is that Weather Underground says the address is in Medford, OK when in fact it is at Deer Creek, OK. Thanks.
Love it!

My first station was a gift many years ago but was tiring out so it was time for a new one. Had some trouble connecting to the internet but with some trial and error, finally got the station up and running. Just in time for a pretty good storm that came through. Wind, rain and temp gages working great.
Easiest to set up yet.

I've tried and tried to connect the display to wi-fi without success. I've even had your company try and help to no avail. I've given up on the wi-fi. Otherwise, it's usable. The first shipment to me sent the wrong display. After working through that, I received a display that worked. It wasn't smooth sailing on the purchase.
Yes without a doubt I would buy it again

I could not connect my display to my WiFi network with simple directions which came with the display. I had to work with Acurite email Support. Support gave me instructions through 33 emails in 9 days to connect to my network without success. I finally said that was enough. I wanted my money back. But Acurite would I only offer a replacement (which I do not have at this time). At this point I have little faith in a replacement station. Acurite would not give me a refund as I did not have the original package after purchasing 16 days earlier. Very disappointed! I have three other Acurite weather monitoring packages with one an Iris 5 in 1 weather station which operates fine with the Acurite Access. Acurite failed a good customer! I would expect this kind of run around with a Chinese product just not a made in the USA product.

I use this weather station to monitor weather conditions on my farm. Knowing the rainfall amount helps me to plan if/when to water certain crops.
