Unfortunately I do not like them. They definitely work, but my issue is that the flavor tastes like puke mixed with crayons, and then a hint of peach. The taste and smell of the puke gets stronger the longer you have them too, even when it's nowhere near expiration. Not only that, it stains my tongue yellow every time I eat one and sometimes it's so bad, it'll transfer color on my toothbrush and I have to really wash it out. Their brand carries a blackberry flavored melatonin gummy, and I would really recommend you get that one instead of this one. It's so much better!

This works well, half a gummy is already enough to knock me out. However, it breaks me out so bad when I wake up. Always have some hormonal acne on my forehead after taking it, and they HURT HURT and take like a week to go away. Not to mention the healing time.

I was wondering why my usual melatonin gummies wasn’t making me tired until I double checked the bottle and realized I accidentally bought this by mistake! I usually buy the vitafusion one and that one works so well for me to sleep pretty quickly. This one, I had to take double the serving size and still wake up groggy.

When I get insomnia, this is what I turn to. The flavor is great (everyone's taste buds are different, though). All I taste is bright peach flavor. There are times when nothing will get me to sleep but most of the time this kicks in quickly and I can finally relax and turn off my brain.

Last minute decision in store since these were $2 cheaper than vitafusion and really makes me feel like I can't shop anymore without reading reviews lol The food coloring turned my whole mouth yellow and stained my toothbrush. The dye used is turmeric so at least it's natural?

I used to suffer from “Ice pick headaches,” roughly 30-50 a day. I was recommended to try melatonin and now I have been taking Target brand melatonin for years, with my ice pick headaches reduced to a few a year! I have tried other brands of melatonin and this is the only one that works for me. I’m not sure why. I do sleep more soundly, which is why most people would use this. Ten stars!

Tried to save a couple bucks and got target brand for the first time. Should’ve read the reviews. Taste bad, turns your tongue yellow AND your toothbrush. How much of food coloring did they use??? I mean it does its job and help me to fall asleep but so much food coloring, bad taste and staining my toothbrush was no for me.

I really like the taste of these gummies, and I appreciate how they have only 3mg of melatonin per serving. Very hard to find adult gummies with that dose. To me, these gummies seem very healthy! And they work for me! Only complaint is that the turmeric stains my tongue and teeth, but it's not that big of a deal for me.

These are great, we give the kids one and us adults two, when needed. Only thing I don’t like is I wish they were color free. I have to brush my teeth after eating them right before bed because they stained my night guard.
