i feel like these are a hit or miss, they definitely make you fall asleep in about half an hour but they make me a light sleeper and i end up waking up in the middle of the night several times.

I should sell my soul for this stuff! I can't have berry, so this works perfectly. I don't know what they do differently but it's 10000 times better. This is my first time trying it and won't be my last, well unless they change the formula and it ends up sucking. Thanks

These are EFFECTIVE! I usually go for ollys melatonin but I decided to try these as they were on sale and WOW! I often scroll on my phone before bed and have found myself falling dead asleep while scrolling some nights. Two is great but sometimes if my mind is running I take three and that puts me out all night. No waking up in the middle of the night anymore!

I really like these, 10/10 recommend. My boyfriend and I take them and they work within 10 minutes max. They taste great too but when I saw sugar free I was iffy. I tried 2 brands of melatonin and they both gave me nightmares these have yet to do that. Definitely buy for a good night sleep!

I took one so I know what to expect when I gave them to my kids. They worked quickly. Be prepared for several hours of sleep though. I gave my kids 1/2 gummy since they slept 11 hours with a full gummy. You don’t feel groggy in the morning.
