Affresh Washing Machine Cleaner - 5ct

I use this frequently, though probably not monthly as I should be, and it keeps my washer nice and clean. I do not seem to get any musty smells or build up.

We had to get a new washer last month. It's a Maytag with the Affresh clean washer cycle. Figured I'd try it. It's pretty expensive, I don't like the fragrance, and it didn't touch the ring that's already collected in the basin. I even tried scrubbing the ring after the cycle finished, but it won't budge. So obviously this product did nothing to dissolve the grime. I won't be buying this anymore. I'll just use bleach.

This stuff is amazing! We take good care of our machine regularly; cleaning it by running vinegar and baking soda cycles regularly, cleaning the drain filter regularly (if you’ve ever cleaned one you know how disgusting they get), always leave the door open to keep it dry, wiping out the rubber seals regularly, etc. I used one of these tablets for the first time today and was disgusted at how much dirt and grime was released (the water was dirt brown; yuk). I ran 2 more cycles with a tablet each for a total of 3 as the instructions recommend for dirty machines. The third cycle had the machine 90% clean. I’m a bit of a perfectionist so I will be doing more cycles until I feel the machine is 100% clean. I will absolutely be using these on at least a monthly basis going forward. I saw other reviews complain about a scent, but the tablets I had did not have any scent. I could, however, smell the musty smell of the machine getting cleaned, which was due to how dirty it was. We are an active family of 4 for reference of how much laundry we do. I strongly recommend this product.

I have repurchased this several times and use one about every month or every other month. I have used these in a few different washers due to renting / moving and they have worked effectively with each one.

Worked okay. Didn't really notice any difference after use.

Washer repairman said to get these kind because they have citric acid, which is needed when doing a wash tub cycle. Work great and make my drum smell clean.

I recently discovered Affresh cleaning tablets for my top loading washing machine and my dishwasher. My washing machine is about 2 1/2 years old and I just started using Affresh. I was amazed at the mess that came out of the inside of my washer. I used two tablets the first time. I actually used a wire strainer to keep skimming debris out of the water as the washer agitated. The water was full of chunks of debris. I was amazed at how much residue had collected inside my machine. I repeated this process 3 times before my washing machine was clean. I will use this every month from now on. I never want to see what can build up inside a washing machine again.

I bought last week. Bought tablets. When I opened the bag it was powder. With an awful smell. They don't stand behind their product.

Hands down the best washing machine cleaner ever . I keep it stocked and use it monthly , sometimes more since I have a large family and sometimes my washer will get closed before it’s done drying out and then it’ll get that old crusty dusty musty smell and that’s a no no for me . I just throw one of these tablets in , put it on the wash cycle and let it do its job and then my washer is good as new again. I’ve used these for years and have never once not have the tablet fully desolved .

We've used these for years! They work great and help us maintain our machines. However, Target's are an absolute true ripoff. They are listed as a "value pack" but only include 5 tablets. Other Value Packs include six tablets and cost less than this 5 pack! I recommend this item, but not from Target - shop around for sure.

I bought this awhile ago and put it in the washing machine for its cleaning. Started to hear noise. Obviously nothing was in the washing machine expect for this tablet. Stopped the cleaning cycle and noticed metal object in with the tablet. Glad I was able to stop the cycle and get this tablet out before it destroyed my machine. Have pictures attached.

I had a laundry room that I was sure was improperly /clogged vent line and smelled like sewer, it was grossing me out. I ended up giving this product a shot. It was obviously super easy to use (max load, longest time with hot water). The problem has completely gone away. For $10 or $11, this is well worth a shot of stanky washer machine. Nice work guys.

I faithfully use this every month, and it really refreshes my washing machine.
