Alaffia Everyday Coconut Body Wash - 32 fz

I have been using the shampoo since 2019 (4+ years now), and it has absolutely transformed my hair! My hair used to be damaged, dull & dry - now my hair is shiny, soft and so healthy. Every time I go to get my hair cut, they comment on how healthy my hair is and ask me what shampoo I use. I can’t recommend this shampoo enough!!!

The old formula did not contain phenoxyethanol or ethylhexylglycerin. Why did that have to change? Sadly, I will not be buying your products anymore.

Lathers nicely and rinses clean. The scent is mild, not beachy like most coconut scented products which is nice. I have sensitive skin and this works great.

Large container and smells great! Looking forward to getting more.

The soap smells amazing but I can't get the pump to work. I can probably transfer the soap to another container with a pump that works, but that was disappointing. Smells good though!

I like this body wash. I hate this scent. It’s supposed to be like and coconut but it smells like bathroom cleaner or something. Other than that it leaves me feeling clean with no residue.

It is very moisturizing and replenishing to your skin.

I’ve used other Alaffia products in the past that I really loved. I was very disappointed in this product however. The ends of my hair are sort of dry from color damage several years ago, so I always have to buy hair marketed for dry hair. My hair is also pretty coarse overall. This product said for normal to dry hair so I figured I’d give it a shot since I’ve used their other products. I put a few pumps in my hair and the texture instantly changed to feeling almost straw-like, which as I said it was slightly damaged but nothing near feeling this dry. My hair instantly started to matte so badly that I couldn’t even brush it out and had to use a leave in overnight treatment. The conditioner smells really great, and it very well might work awesome if you have thin hair or oily hair, but I do not recommend for dry or coarse hair at all :(

Was looking for a product that was natural and chemical free. The Made-Safe certification brought me here. I love this product, it cleans and smells great!
