[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Discreet Underwear Sensitive is very comfortable to wear and very absorbent. I just hoped it looked more like underwear than a bulky diaper.

These saved my integrity after giving birth to my first child. I was in labor for more than 24 hours, had been pumped with liquids, and after delivering my baby, NOBODY told me my bladder was not going to hold anything in while I waddled to the restroom. As I struggled to get out of bed, I felt my bladder empty itself and this underwear (wasn’t aware they had postpartum ones) saved me from feeling humiliated by what had just happened. The underwear was FULL and there was bot one single leak on the bed, the floor, nowhere. Excellent product, I definitely recommend them for postpartum or post-op needs.

I had bought these before in size small and they fit wonderfully and we’re comfortable. I needed more. I didn’t see the size small but I got the small/medium and they are much too large

I much prefer this product to Depend, even though Depend has a men's product. I like this underwear better because it has double leak guards and absorbency throughout the whole garment rather than in just the front or the middle. It does not feel like paper. It does not feel nasty when wet. Ultimately, its the best for keeping it a secret that I don't always make it to the bathroom in time.

I love these underwear pads. I like to wear them at night because they are comfortable and absorb well. Never had a leakage. It doesn't help with the odor control though.

I'm a male and I'm having issues with full void bladder leakage after a failure during a surgery in my pelvic muscles. Then I tried always discreet underwear and they did work absorbing all the urine. So then I switched to always discreet sensitive underwear. The feminine underwear is part of my wardrobe now. I got rid of all my men's underwear and with always discreet sensitive I can stay active.

I’m a man and have tried many brands, these by far are the best, discreet, can’t tell you are wearing a diaper, feel like underwear, and can absorb a lot . And don’t leak. Have small leakage at night but sometimes uncontrollable in the day. Highly recommend.

This was my first time trying these and am very impressed. I used them for my menstrual cycle and was not expecting the comfort and absorption provided by Always discreet. I thought they would be uncomfortable and visible through clothing but neither were the case! I would recommend these for sure!

I had ordered some but they didnt come in time & thankfully these were sent to me & a life saver! They are perfect for all the after affects to a womens body after birth. They were comfy, strong and felt reallly good! They seem to be able to hold a lot, which is good bc they can be used for period days as well! I havent got mine back yet, but im hoping these will work for that too! 10/10!

We usually use regular period panties, but didn't want them sitting in our luggage until we got home, so these were the perfect alternative. They absorbed quickly, leaving no stickiness and didn't leak, even overnight. They were comfortable to wear, though a little too high waisted for our preference. They are textured, so you do need to be careful with the fabric and fit of your pants/shorts so you don't end up with a wrinkly bottom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always Discreet Underwear - Sensitive (Size: S/M), isn't exactly what I'd expected them to be, but they do work very well. It's not noticeable that you're wearing them either - with the exception that they are pretty high waisted, so if you're wearing something that's low-rise, the top of these can be seen. I thought these would've been a little more like underwear, but instead they're kind of in between underwear and adult diapers - the major difference being that these are much thinner, more lightweight, and they're breathable too. They don't feel like wearing any kind of an adult diaper, they only have a similar look to them. These are really absorbent, and keep your skin dry all day/overnight as well. They work great - so there's no real need to be changing them after only a couple hours, depending on what they're being used for (as period underwear, or for bladder leaks, etc), and how much they've absorbed (light/heavy period, light/heavy bladder leakage, etc), they can last all night, or all day. Also, this package is large, so just one bag has the potential to last quite awhile. The material they're made of is soft, and gentle - it does not irritate my sensitive skin, and like I said, it breathes well too. Overall, I think these are a great choice if you're looking for lightweight, one-time use/disposable, absorbent underwear. They may not look, or feel, much like ordinary underwear, but they're gentle, work great, keep the skin down there dry, and I experienced zero/no leaks outside of them, at all (even while wearing overnight as period underwear). I'd definitely recommend giving these a try.
