Yes theyre soft but its a lie to say they are sizes 0-14 - the leg holes are SO tight that they were cutting into my skin. For reference - I am a size 6 pre pregnancy/size 8 during. I cannot imagine how this would be comfortable for anybody unless they have incredibly skinny legs and/or are no bigger than a size 2 (MAYBE a 4). Ouch.

Waistband gave me a rash

If I was to have another baby, these would be at the top of my registry! SO much better than what they give you at the hospital! So so comfortable! Would be so great to add to a gift basket for a mama to be!

Really comfortable, good quality. If you are using these for afterbirth situation. I HIGHLY recommend. Along with the other items, but we are here to talk about these.

Loved these for postpartum! Wishing I had brought more to the hospital because these fit SO much better than the “one size fits all” style in the hospital. Only note: I do agree these likely run small. I’m a size 0 and they fit me great, but I agree with others saying anyone above a size 8 or so will likely want to size up to the L or XL.

I thought a great idea but fresh C-section and changing underwear frequently is quite painful/uncomfortable. I’d personally suggest high waisted underwear and disposable pads instead, less taxing on the body.

This was filthy upon delivery. The package was so dirty I wiped it down with a cloth and the cloth was all brown with dirt.

Leaking!!!! From 2 sides of the bottom!! I had my 2nd day of my period (so not heavy flow, more like medium flow) and on my bottom the liquid leaked from 2 sides or my thighs. The next thing I know that I made the mess in front of everyone while I was at work. 😞

Great for postpartum. Had a c section and used these for a week after I got home from the hospital. They didn’t bother my incision at all. Ordered another brand as well but definitely preferred these

They Are very tight at the hips. I’m typically a size 8 and I was cutting the sides to try to get some relief. They are itchy and dig in so bad, I had dents in my legs and couldn’t sleep with these.

I got them as backup to the big A house brand. These work but get uncomfortable when whatever granulate inside gets solid. They feel super heavy. I preferred the ones from big A as they also allowed me to add an extra pad to change out. The Always brand will break when taking the pad off.

They are very absorbent, however, I was a little disappointed in the stretchiness. The top part around the waist is stretchy and comfy, but the holes that your legs go through aren’t stretchy whatsoever. They just squeeze the top part of your thighs. I still ended up using them PP. I had to tear the part that hugs your thighs a little bit, to make them comfy.

This item got the job done. I bought the small/medium and I am usually a size 6. I do not think these would fit anyone larger than a size 8 comfortably. Size up if you are on the edge. They also gave me diaper rash on my butt so I stopped using them. I also had a few leaks with them and I wasn’t even bleeding that bad. Save your money and buy the cheaper period or bladder control diapers.

These are horrible. They are so uncomfortable and hard. Sitting and walking in these postpartum is a nightmare.

So my wife purchased always discreet boutique when she had our first baby. She loved it and asked me to buy some more except I read the descriptions about the difference between postpartum underwear and the discreet boutique ones which are meant for periods. So I thought let's give this one a try. She wore one and thought it was uncomfortable (didn't tell me at the time) and then a second one before she told me that they were hurting her when she sat down. We felt the pad on another pair and could feel lumps in the padding/underwear so imagine sitting on randomly situated flattened cotton balls. Now she's mad at me and I'm going to the store to return and hoping they'll take back the opened one.

I have no idea how these have such good reviews. I bought these postpartum diapers bc the ingredients were better than other adult diapers (specifically, they don’t have fragrance). They’re absorbent enough, which is good. However they’re insanely uncomfortable. I thought at first that I was just sore from giving birth, but then I ran out of these diapers and switched to maxi pads and immediately realized that these postpartum diapers were making me so much more sore and uncomfortable than I already was from just giving birth. First of all the sizing is a lie - it says these fit up to size 14 but I’m a 10 w skinny legs and they’re so tight on my thighs that it makes marks cutting off circulation. I ended up having to rip the sides of every pair to make the leg holes bigger in order for them to not be squeezing my already skinny thighs. Second, they gave me an insane rash all over my butt from whatever material they’re made from (I changed to a new diaper every time I used the bathroom and the rash only went away when I switched to maxi pads instead). And most importantly, the absorbent gel core is literally hard as a rock, even when you put on a brand new dry diaper. It’s insanely uncomfortable to sit on and was making me so much more sore after giving birth bc there was hard material constantly pressing up on my bits. I literally hate these and am so glad that I accidentally ran out of them and had to switch to something else bc they were making my pp recovery so much more unpleasant than it needed to be.

I wish I had these after my previous pregnancies. They are SO comfortable and much better than those big pads + mesh underwear from the hospital. I purchased the S/M size as pre-pregnancy I wore a size 6. They fit great!

These ONLY fit size Small and Medium women. I see a lot of y'all saying you're 12-14 in size when you know that means you're actually a LARGE. Medium only goes up to size 10. Look at a size chart if you still don't understand your size. You're welcome!
