This version of the 15% Amlactin is WITHOUT FRAGRANCE! It is so much more tolerable. With the first one I tried, the smell was so offensive I just couldn't use it. BTW, it says it will dissapate but it does not. I am giving the frangrance-free bottle a 5 star because it has no gragrance and it works exactly the same.

The packaging says that it is fragrance free- it is not. I put on arms and hands. I now have to smell maple oatmeal type of smell. That is enough for me not to use regardless of how it makes my skin feel.

I just went to use it for the first time and I can NOT get past the smell to even want to give the lotion itself a chance to see how it will work. It smells like rotten sugar/syrup or burnt coffee. Not a smell I want attached to my body and smell on me all day. No thanks, hard PASS! Gave it an extra star just because I can’t make a determination on the lotion itself due to the smell.

It's not heavy, absorbs great in the skin, smells delightful (very light) and not sticky. Why has this product not been on my radar. I bought this a month ago and have been using it religiously on my arms and legs. My skin is much smoother and looks healthier. This smells so strongly of a mix of burnt coffee and brown sugar but not in a good way. It smells bad for a while after applying. So much so that I will discontinue use if I don’t see a difference soon.

I have dry bartenders hands so I need anything for hydration and healing. I love the pump which is very easy way to use I’d repurchase a second bottle to probably keep near the sink to apply after washing my hands all the time!
Great product, use daily.

It may feel a little tacky the first few minutes but it absorbs well and I feel it’s good for preventing acne. If you put this over any breakouts it will tingle so keep that in mind if super sensitive. Overall one to keep in the rotation.

The scent of the lotion i can’t really decipher but to me it smells like bitter coffee grounds. The packaging design is something I would expect from a product like this.

I find that this is a little too drying for my already dry skin. It feels nice to use, but I would not use it as an all-over treatment, but instead, use it to spot-treat problem areas that have keratosis polaris.
