I love adding broccoli to my box Mac and cheese to make it more filling. I will say, for an adult one box is one serving. So for nights where you don’t really want to cook, making one of these is really easy and not expensive at all.

Super tasty for boxed Mac and cheese. I like that is a Bit different than the usual cheddar-y flavor. In our house, we like to add some steamed broccoli in to sneak more veggies into our diet.
